The agent can then export a fully branded PDF or PowerPoint presentation — pre-loaded with their photo, logo, brokerage colors, and contact information — ready for a listing appointment or buyer consultation. Beyond individual property analysis, RealEdge AI includes predictive market trend forecasting, interactive heatmaps showing transaction volume and price changes across a service area, and shareable client-facing dashboards that agents can send directly to buyers and sellers with expiration dates and branding controls. RealEdge AI is built for solo agents who want to compete with the research capacity of larger teams, and for brokerages that want to standardize the quality of market analysis across their agent roster.
