Real Workforce is a cloud-based HRMS and payroll platform designed for businesses in the UAE and GCC. It combines employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, WPS workflows, end-of-service calculations, recruitment, employee self-service, HR requests and workforce administration in one platform. Real Workforce is built with regional HR and payroll requirements in mind, helping organisations manage day-to-day HR operations while maintaining structured employee records, payroll processes and compliance-related workflows. The platform is suitable for SMEs and growing organisations that want to replace spreadsheets and disconnected HR tools with a centralized workforce management system.
