Real Talk is an AI phone agent that answers incoming customer service calls for mid-sized and large companies in the Nordics. The voice agent is added behind your existing switchboard and takes many calls at the same time, with no queue. It speaks thirty languages, among them Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish, and can switch mid-call. Once connected to your internal systems through automations, the AI receptionist performs tasks and retrieves information directly during the conversation. When a caller asks for a person, the call is handed over to your staff with a summary of what has been collected. Calls can be recorded and transcribed, and the platform extracts topic, summary and customer satisfaction from each call; you decide whether calls are recorded. All data is processed in data centres within the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest.
