After using many different real estate CRM's such as kvCore & Moxi, Real Geeks provides everything you absolutely need for managing your contacts/leads and then even more features that are easy to set up and manage. The entire team at Real Geeks has been super helpful and friendly. They want to see you succeed with their offerings. Overall, the CRM tool beats out Moxi by a landslide and the added features won't have you falling into a rabbit hole like kvCore. There has not been a single thing to dislike about Real Geeks. Many will say the backend site builder view seems a bit dated, but in fact, it is straightforward and to the point leaving you with tons of ability to customize and make your site stand out. Coming from ihouseweb to Realgeeks as been a game changer in my online presence I was with ihouseweb for I would say 2 years then prior to that I was with another provider. Realgeeks has an excellent control of what realtors need to not just be seen but to have a functional website for clients not just some cookie cutter template. Every site I look at in the Facebook group is so different and tailored to the client's needs and what they like. Plus you can go in and change random things to help fit your needs better. I have to say I was skeptical at the price as it is steeper then ones I have used in the past but also have to say it I'd absolutely worth the additional cost. I'm 9 years in RE and this is the most traffic and comments I have ever heard about my site. So if you are debating going for Realgeeks or a competitor stop looking now and just go with Realgeeks you won't regret it plus the CRM is integrated so well into the system you won't even need a back up crm. RealGeeks is a superior real estate lead generation and customer relationship management software compared to Brivity. RealGeeks allows customization of SEO components before launching websites, full access to all aspects of the website, and does not require backlinking for their benefit. Additionally, RealGeeks provides a fabulous user experience on both the customer and client front-end, and offers an all-inclusive CRM with tools for saved search campaigns and marketing. Customer service at RealGeeks is also remarkable. In contrast, Brivity's website is clunky and broken, limits access to the site after launch, requires backlinking, and their CRM does not allow for deleting leads or content. Brivity's customer service is also lacking, taking days to respond and providing inconsistent answers. Overall, RealGeeks is accommodating and helpful in keeping their clients satisfied, while Brivity has strict policies and is less accommodating to client requests. This is great for speed to lead and will ensure that there is a conversation going while you are working on other aspects of your business. That being said, constant and regular follow-up is going to be the key for success. I closed two deals with their leads in the first few months and it required a lot of conversations to get there.
