"Data Accuracy is Not Great"
3/5
What do you like best about Real Estate API?

Developer documentation is fairly comprehensive and should be accessible to users with a basic technical background or anyone using an AI enabled backend (e.g., Supabase, Neon, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Estate API?

Data accuracy of property lookup results is inaccurate or out of date more often than not. For example, data points like 'property type' and 'units' are consistently incorrect and county recording data is often inconsistent with REAPI search results. I am basin my comments off of a sample size of 2,000-5,000 property lookup searches spread across a range of counties throughout the United States. I have compared the accuracy and utility of REAPI lookup results with those obtained through far cheaper alternatives; the latter (e.g., RentCast) typically outperform REAPI lookup results. "All in one real estate api that actually works"
5/5
What do you like best about Real Estate API?

I have used several products, such as the MLS APIs and Public Record APIs, and everything functions smoothly. The API documentation is straightforward and easy to understand. Lukas and the team are always helpful and respond promptly to any inquiries. After trying 4 other API providers that did not perform as well, I chose RealEstateAPI.com. Implementation was easy and pricing is very reasonable as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Estate API?

No complaints here. They are great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform, most data for backend devs for price and ease of use."
5/5
What do you like best about Real Estate API?

It was super comprehensive and had more data than I saw from any other real estate data provider, especially on commercial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Estate API?

It was limited in its ability to search properties in various way, and lacked loan info. But I wouldn't fault them for loan info, because that data is EXPENSIVE and hard to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Team - Great Product"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Real Estate API?

Real Estate API is a vital part of our business and their team consistenly makes the effort to improve it. Additionally, Lukas stands out as a valuable representative who answers questions about the API, our Billing, and whenever issues arise. We use it everyday and the breadth of features within Real Estate API make it hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Estate API?

The API documentation could be clear in a few niche situations and. like with all data providers, there are specific instances where some property data is irrelevant or inaccurate. However, those are few and far between and their team responds quickly to those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
