REAKTION is without comparison the best tracking software on the market. We run the Google Ads agency NORDIC AD PARTNER, and we have tried many different solutions, but with REAKTION, we feel taken seriously, supported, and helped in a way we have never experienced before. This applies whether there are bugs, internal mistakes on our end, or something else entirely. The team supporting customers is absolutely outstanding, following up on everything we ask about. The owners of the software have been brilliant at accommodating our requests and plans—they have been inclusive and friendly throughout, even though we are not Denmark’s largest agency. For us, it’s all about integrity, great support/service, and a stable solution to our tracking challenges. The solution itself is, of course, also outstanding—tracking works flawlessly. It’s quick and easy to set up, without endless back-and-forth communication—they simply take care of everything from start to finish. The dashboard is also top-tier, both for us and for our clients/end customers, providing a clear overview. For more analytically inclined customers, there are options for customized data and reports. For technical users, there’s also the option to create label feeds for managing, for example, Google Shopping. I have nothing more to add—this is absolute Michelin-level tracking software.
