**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

I find ReadyTech to be an incredibly valuable tool for our online training platform, particularly for delivering training in cybersecurity and industrial software. The platform's ease of use and comprehensive feature set allow us to deliver high-quality courseware to our customers and manage live classrooms effectively during ongoing training sessions. This capability makes it possible to provide exceptional training experiences regardless of the customers' geographical locations. Additionally, ReadyTech's full feature set supports our needs perfectly and simplifies complex tasks, making our operations more efficient. I also appreciate their excellent customer support, which is always available and works diligently to resolve any issues that arise, providing a high level of attentiveness and care. The initial setup of ReadyTech was very easy, which contributed to a smooth transition from another training platform. I am extremely likely to recommend ReadyTech to others, as it has been a dependable solution for our team.

I find ReadyTech easy to use and comprehensive, enabling us to deliver training globally. It allows us to manage live classrooms efficiently and offers fantastic customer support.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The remote view of all seats is an extremely valuable feature for managing remote courses. It allows our trainers to easily monitor participants' progress and provide timely assistance when needed, creating a more interactive and supportive learning environment. Our customers and trainers greatly appreciate the enhanced oversight and seamless communication this feature enables

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The RT tools are installed during the VM initialization process and cannot be managed manually afterward. This limitation poses a challenge for me during troubleshooting or when copying VMs, as it restricts flexibility in handling potential issues or making necessary adjustments

**Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:**

Readytech offers a lot of useful features, I suggest a complete demo of them

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team resolves every issue I’ve reported 24/7, and on occasion, the developers themselves have stepped in to help find a solution

  ### 3. Reliable and easy to use remote training software

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

It is easy to access by students participating in the training. Better than other softwares used whre IT was always required and often users had issues throughout the class.
Simple to use by instructur. User friendly instructor interface, fast to change between users' screens and share files and information with participants.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Full screen is sometimes finicky, exiting when using certain comands in the software used for training. When instrucor takes over student user's screen, user cannot see mouse pointer to understand where instructor is pointing. Sometimes it works in Share Control, but not always.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with students/users login where otherwise IT security would be a problem. 
It makes it simple to navigate by instructor and see what students are doing and help them understand what they can do better.
