"Excellent Product - Excellent Support"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The lab solution permits an instructor to "look over the shoulders" of participants and help them with their exercises. If there's ever an issue, RT is very fast and finds a solution within a few minutes.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Haven't honestly found anything yet to dislike - I've used the ReadyTech virtual labs for several years now and it's a very smooth and flawless experience.

Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:

If you are considering options for training delivery, and it would be useful to have your own pre-configured lab computers where the instructor can easily see and help the participants with their exercises, Ready Tech is the best solution.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We teach a very technical course on report design - and traditional virtual learning systems (Adobe, WebEx, Skype for Business) are fine for the instructor-led portion. However, the Ready Tech lab solution permits students to practice in a virtual lab space where the instructor view can immediately see what they are doing and offer help and if necessary share their lab screen or take control. While the others permit students to choose to share their own desktop there are often security issues, emails or chats left open, and other concerns. All the students are sharing are our own virtual lab "computers". We can refresh the systems at any time and leave clean practice labs for the next group. Students have no fear of making a mistake that might harm a real system.

"Online trainings made easy"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

- Quick help with problems (live chat & direct contact person)

- Online training portal on a new, technical level

- Simple administration

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

- Some problems during the introduction of ReadyTech in my company could not be solved immediately and took a bit more of time

- Some functions, which would help us further, can currently not be implemented

If you are looking for a platform to conduct training courses online, ReadyTech is the right contact. You should definitely give it a chance; you will definitely not be disappointed.

"A powerful platform for training"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

Readytech eases the burden of of delivering high quality labs to our customers around the world. It makes sure that we have the right tool to deliver highly technical, in depth training to our customers. Even when traveling to customer locations it eases the burden of the equipment we are required to bring.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

I wish there was an easier way to transfer files to our lab attendees.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our product requires a complex setup and deployment. Readytech allows us to skip all of that, and deploy ready to use classes and labs for our customers. This makes it incredibly easy for our trainers to do their job with minimal hassle.

"Good virtual training platform"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

To setup the environment is easy. I can watch multiple students during a training. There are multiple ways to distribute my materials, samples to the students.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

I can't think of anything that i dislike.

Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:

ReadyTech is a good platform. It is easy to setup and use. Our company uses it to train our customers. It saves our travel cost and customer's effort to host a training environment.

I can have my customer do their exercises on the predefined images and distribute materials in multiple ways.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

A good platform for customer training.

"Great way to have a training environment"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

ReadyTech support process is without doubt the best I had on all my IT careers (and that means more than 20 years now).

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Copy-paste between the host machine and client machine was not that straightforward.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to reproduce an on-prem MS environment.

"Easy to setup and use"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

Tech support is very responsive. Any issue are fixed in minutes. Made to work in multiple environment and systems. i.e. Mac, Linux and Windows users should be able to access the training materials

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

The web based remotes desks too can have issue for some user if wrong browsers is used.

Give it a try. Initial trial was what convince us to us the.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

They make it easier to create training for people all over the work. It’s easy to also setup testing of these course so less time is used on grading. Since we don't need to host our own training environment, we save cost on having customer come in person onsite. This lets us have more frequent training session.
