"ReadyTech provides a great online training experience."

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

ReadyTech allows you to host a training site without having to maintain individual servers or technology. Attendees can access via an internet browser and the system is very user-friendly. If any issues do arise, their response to problems is quick and they are solved in an accurate manner.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

The only issue that is sometimes encountered involves an interruption in the internet service, if a client or instructor is using a wireless connection. This can cause the lab environment to be interrupted for a very brief period.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

ReadyTech allows us to quickly host online classroom training and the attendees can access via just an internet browser. This allows us to offer a large variety of training classes with minimal technical effort on our end.

"A Solution That Understands Technical Training Requirements"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

While I'm impressed to see how much investment Readytech puts back into their product releasing new features and tools that make meeting the learning needs of my customers easier, I have to say the best thing about RT is their approach to Customer Success. They go out of their way to help, offer solutions and ensure you have what you need.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

My company is global with market specific cost/pricing. Would be nice to see a similar approach at RT.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use RT to support our lab environments for both ILT and Self-Paced customer training. This approach to delivering labs has not only reduced the initial set up time for my Instructors but its also made it much easier for my customers to gain access to the training from any location, including home offices.

"ReadyTech Lab Review"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

The ability to see each students lab while they work and take control to help them when needed.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

When the lab timer expires the check mark disappear and you can no longer tell who has finished the lab and who need more time. It would be nice to have to manually reset that.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

ReadyTech provides a hosted platform whereby each student gets their own environment to work in without encroaching or effecting other students.

"A solid and dependable VILT System"

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

I love how responsive the Readytech crew is to our questions and when we need help. I have emailed at odd times in the middle of the night and still get a response within 15-20 minutes.

Also, the Readytech system itself is very easy to manage and to navigate. It make setting up Virtual Classrooms easy.

Finally, the ability for Readytech to provide you with licensing (i.e. for Microsoft Products) is a huge help as well. Very streamlined when building out your enrvironments.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Every once in a while, there is noticeable lag when using Readytech. This is rare but when it happens it does cause our training classes to bog down as we wait for the system to respond.

Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:

Readytech is a solid, top tier Virtual solution. I am always impressed by their service and their stability.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most US companies do not want to send their employees to a training event. Readytech has allowed us to reach our customers virtually. I can't imagine being without Readytech and way to teach virtual classes.
