**What do you like best about Tyler Absence & Substitute?**

I love ReadySub, It is so easy to use, and everything is in real time.  I never have to worry about finding a sub because it already posts for me and I can always choose my favorite sub.  

**What do you dislike about Tyler Absence & Substitute?**

Unfortunately, because it is so expensive not too many school districts use it.  So if I teach somewhere else, we might have to use another system. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tyler Absence & Substitute:**

It is super awesome and I totally recommend it :) 

**What problems is Tyler Absence & Substitute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how substitutes are notified of new jobs in real time. Equipping substitutes with the tools to discover and fill jobs automatically takes the load off school district employees. With ReadySub, you'll never have an empty classroom again.
