I like that Readymode dials automatically for me, making it a lot easier and faster to go through clients without hand-dialing. It allows me to manage a large number of numbers quickly and filter out who I'm working with. I appreciate that it's easy to use and quick. I would say the only downsides are sometimes the call recordings don't show if the disposition isn't logged. Lately, in the last two weeks the system has been a little glitchy and the pickups have been slower. Fewer system issues and slower times would be better - essentially just making it more consistent.
