**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I love that Readymode has easy implementation wizard to connect the system with our existing CRM tools to improve our caller center operation. Call recording is the best solution to audit and make improvement with our call script and analyze recipient engagement. Continous training for caller agent is easy as we now know which aspect to improve.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

Readymode has no tools to find caller infromation and need to integrate with other tools for it. It cause for more budget spending on additional tools we need to subscrib.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preview dialing and progressive dialing give all agent time to gather information and familiarize themself with recipient infrormation before engaging with them. Predictive dialer give caller time estimation before agent able to connect with them.

readymode is truly amazing when it comes to autodialing leads. it has a recording that you can review your call and download as well. The customer support is very helpful as well.

nothing. Readymode is truly amazing. It makes out lives easier.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

The main feature of Readymode is that it is easy to use for content management. The seamless compatibility with our previous content management system has also made it easy to manage and share documents. Still, the one that has left a very positive impression on me is the real time collaboration system that enhances working cooperation for offices in different locations. It has benefitted us in the sense that it has organized our work and project schedules and kept us accountable for delivering on time.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

One of the main disadvantages is that Readymode is not very effective when working with a large amount of material. This performance impact can affect out working pace and cause unnecessary and annoying downtimes. Also, the functionality and interaction with other systems are efficient with slight issues of technical hitches likely that necessitate assistance. These issues have sometimes resulted in disruption of normal flow of operations thus requiring extra time to identify the cause and kind of disruption.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Readymode has been helpful in addressing some of the challenges that we have been facing regarding management and organization of content through documents. This last aspect has made our working processes more integrated and standardized the files on our databases. The collaboration attributes of the software have also improved on how the group is able to work more efficiently and save time on other projects due to less time spent on completing administrative tasks.

A little clunky UI. little API options. Takes awhile to load adding DIDs and checking reports. But all are nice-to-haves.

It puts me on the phone with a customer in a fraction of the time it would take to dial. Really helps to weed out the appointments form the leads in our database.

I would like a way to tag a coworker on a lead so that they can reach out on readymode.

It solves the problem of having to call 300 plus inquirers efficiently. It is benefitting by being a tool to set quick appointments.

Readymode easy implementation and setup with HRIS system help to speed-up call center operation. Agent now able to use predictive caller tools to view caller identity, profile and complaint before taking their call to improve customer support service.

Agents need to finish the training before able to use some of the complex operation of Readymode.

Progressive dialing features that give agent ample time to view caller insights, callback scheduling to reschedule time to call the caller back, and voice broadcast to play a recorded message when the call is answered.

Readymode require no physical infrastructure and is installed on cloud service which save the operation cost and the setup process that only takes around a week to go live.

Best tools that I like from Readymode is predictive calling tools that helped our support agent to view customer profile and their problem before they taking the calls. Easy integration with CRM and IT stack to access prospect data and contact details.

Readymode provide me with excellent caller center tools that require to seamlessly handle all prospect call. Callback scheduling from the platform itself has make the workflow easy and need no external tools for it. Caller agent can switch between call quickly if the call they placed isn't answered.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

I have no issues with the customer support and functionality of Readymode. Interface wise is standard and not complex to learn.

We employ call recording to anaylzed call quality and evaluate how effective is our caller agent engaging with prospect. Voice broadcast is also used to automatically play when a call is answered.

Readymode is providing the highest quality for phone dialing operation that making cold calling process easy and automated. It service has no downtime and agents use it everyday to improve outbound call rate. Customer engagement is important for our business grow.

Some of the problem that we had with Readymode is with the prospect information that isn't showing on the screen and take time to load the data. This has leading to a bigger issues when customer has pick-up the call but customer information isn't showing.

Improve agents produtivity by speed dialing prospect phone number automatically based on the list. Auto data entry and script help agents to be professional with customer and know the next steps for the interaction.

I like that is easy to implement Readymode with our dialing infrastructure and software stack. The most improvement is with automated dialing and progressive dialing that gives caller agent time to view caller information before taking the call.

Loves the easinesst to setup the platform with current sales system that we employ. Use voice activity detection tool to saves agent time and let the automation system to detect if a person is answering the call or the answering machine voice.

Call scrubing features isn't working well and keep missing number that should be in National Do Not Call Registry.

Readymode in my exeperience is very well structured and provide the highest quality for a call dialer platform. Session summary notes is the most helpful tool that let agent to have caller information before taking the call. The workflows is easy and enhance agent time management.

ReadyMode is an excellent software dialer that has seriously boosted my productivity with its incredible features. One feature I love is its predictive dialing, which smartly predicts call outcomes and adjusts dialing patterns to maximize efficiency. This means more successful calls and less downtime, which is a win-win.

On top of that, ReadyMode has really strong reporting features designed to help you understand your performance. These reports give you great data for analysis and decision-making. The functionality is great, but the interface could use a more modern and clean design to make ReadyMode even more user-friendly and powerful.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

So, we used Ready Mode years ago when it was Zen Call. It's been years so I needed a refresher. Since I started up again in mid-April, I've probably called tech support 450x with a number a questions. And when I say "a number of questions", I mean pretty much the same few questions, several times. Kyle has been the most patient, helpful, pleasant person I have ever dealt with. (As has been the case with everyone I've dealt with to be honest.) The level of customer service at Ready Mode is truly unmatched. I feel like this review sounds like a paid actor on a midnight infomercial, but I can promise you it is 1000% true.
If you need a product like this, you need to go with Ready Mode. Period.

I have yet to find anything about Ready Mode I dislike.

Speed of calls, ease of transfer, ability to recieve immediate customer care when I need it.

With a comprehensive system comes much learning.  This is not a bad thing just know going in that in order to utilize the many features there will be a lead time of learning.

  ### 17. Finally found the right fit for my business

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

What drew us to Readymode was the Caller ID rotation and proximity matching features. This isn't unique to Readymode, but they blow the competition out of the park with their other features such as a simple interface, Readymode academy for VA's, and the most robust support system I've experienced with a dialer. They help you every step of the way unlike some other companies we've tried in the past. The best part is that they're even cheaper than our previous dialer which had way less adaptability and was super buggy; plus support was basically nonexistent. So far this has been the best dialer for us and our business (wholesale).

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

I don't like that there isn't a feature as of this review that lets us monitor the health of DIDs on Readymode. This is a feature I greatly appreciated in the previous dialer I used and hope that Readymode will develop a similar feature. I also don't like that the deduplication setting can't be changed on skiptracing accounts (accounts with dialer). This means that I have to edit my data to make sure that there are no duplicate sellers, which often happens since there's leads who own various properties, or the system will not upload them. The dialer would otherwise be perfect if it let me turn that off.

Readymode solves the dreaded "scam/spam" flagging of Caller ID's, which is a common issue in wholesaling, by rotation the DID's. This has improved our contact rate tremendously.

Whisper coaching is one of the features that has really helpful and improving our sales agent performance and how to make lead interested in what we are promoting.  Callback scheduling to contact leads that shown interest and want us to call them back.

Need to spend time for training purposes before able to operate this platform.

Filter contact number authencity by using voice activity detection, call scrubbing and speech analytics. It helped saved time to warming up leads and find a high-quality leads.

I like the fact that Readymode isn't like typical software that usually difficult to use and has terrible dashboard interface. Readymode is perfectly structured to help us solve complex cold calling process into modern and automated workflow. Customer engagement and connection is our primary focus.

The learning curves is quite long to get properly train with the new system and optimized all the tools and features.

Get constant contact with lead/prospect and convice them with our service and product. Train agents with new promoting method.

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

Easy to use. Prompte response when requested. Great follow up. Willingness to help and clarify on implementation questions. I really appreciated that the reps offered alternatives, Materials, links, videos, previous recordings to make sure the system is working efficiently and patiently make sure everyone's questions were covered and that our Managers or supervisors understood the process and even do a few recaps and even pointed out reports to identify areas of opportunities and of best productivity.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

If anything that the dialer slows down when only 2 agents are on the phone. I don't even know if that is fixable. As a start up we have only have a handful of people at certain times and when we upload the leads the gap between calls is too big. Once you have at least 3 people on it, it works pretty well.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To help us reach more potential clients without having to do manual calls, but still having that option.
Allows us to monitor the agents calls and performance, which helps to identify areas of opportunity as a Team and as individuals
Helps us identify which lists are giving us better productivity and therefore better allocate our marketing budget.

  ### 21. Switched From Call Tools to Readymode

**What do you like best about Readymode?**

I used Call Tools for almost 5 months and finally made the switch to Readymode. It was like night and day. With Call Tools we used to have all sorts of problems with dialer at times we would be waiting 45 min for prospect to pick up. We doubled our conversations using the Readymode dialer and booking rate. We could never LIVE transfer people using Call Tools. Ready mode has a office map, and live transfer queue that rings to all my teams phones.

Readymode customer support is quick to help. The integration team is quick and worked within our pipelines in our CRM. Michael who signed us up was awesome and sold us on everything we needed we could not get from Call Tools. Carl was wonderful on the support team he trained our whole team and continued to take our calls for 2 weeks untill we got it down. Anthony helped with our billing issues quick and painless.

Only thing we kept running into was when a prospect picked up it would sometimes lag showing the prospect infomation.

**What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped solve our LIVE transfer issues with Call Tools. We used to transfer ppl in call tools and they would hang up because there was music being played. None of that with Ready Mode. We use the office map feature to know who and is on phone. We set up a live transfer cue so when a transfer happens it goes into a cue. None of these features We had with Call tools.

Easy access from any device with internet. Straightforward to use and the tools ensure the auto-dialer can work with my lead sheets. No wasting time with the setup process.

Can be quite expensive if not fully utelize all the features and tools. Long ROI returns if user use it casually and not for business purposes.

I love that I can create seperate scripts for different campaigns yet the dialer wil call multiple campaigns and offer the script that the data originates from. I am able to post leads to my CRM with the click of a button while statusing the lead at the same time. I can control the call results offered and manage the results as needed.
Readymode is the best dialer I have used yet.

If a telemarketer does not status a lead, they are held in an offline/disposition status until they close the lead or disposition it...

I can crank up the # of calls per agent to a point that we only wait a few seconds for a live person to answer.
The answering machine detection works well and saves having to waste time

The best thing about it is how simple it is. More than a dialer, it is a true integrated CRM software. It works accross multiple sales and customer service industries.

The only thing I have a challenge with is the hours of operations based on pacific time for sales and some customer support functions. But this is truly a minor issue if one at all.

I've been with ReadyMode for almost five years now and they're as good as it gets! What I like about their state-of-the-art system are all the customizable configurations and features, which have helped my productivity and business grow exponentially.  In addition to that, their knowledgeable tech support department has been so helpful. Anytime I need something they're literally one call away. They're very patient and will take time to make sure that your dialer is running to its fullest potential. They've always been able to quickly assist in answering questions or concerns.  It means a lot to know that I have a reliable system to count on and a team of experts to support me in anything I need. I would highly recommend this CRM if you're starting out or have a team that needs a system that can help propel your business to the next level.

**What do you dislike about Readymode?**

The only thing I dislike could be occasional system outages, which only last for a few minutes to 30 minutes, although it's very rare. I'd say it probably occurs maybe 3-4 times a year.

Their system is designed to help you make more connections in the least amount of time, which is exactly what I'm looking for.
