I would say the IVR, QUEUS, Multiple Dialler to 10, Creating Campaigns, and Call to Connect. It was nice at first for having a multiple dialler until you hit the ceiling of the changes you need to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Readymode? User interface is terrible; Filtering is limited, and Customization is next to impossible. I hate how its hard to see what happens to the each number. there is no way to do it. Only works on Chrome browser and will only work on an older version of chrome.
