"A Fundamental Tool for our Design Practice"
5/5
What do you like best about Readymag?

Readymag is an amazing tool for quick application of ideas, concepts, presentations and anything visual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymag?

Readymag is great for so many things, but for anything complex or intricate in functionality it lacks. Such functionality requires custom code and it's the same story with any no/low code building platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Readymag is the perfect tool to create awesome websites."
5/5
What do you like best about Readymag?

What I like the most is that you can design whatever you want, and if you have some basic knowledge of coding, the improvements you can see in your work are incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymag?

I'm not too fond of the absence of an admin area where my clients could take care of their website by themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Star; Dreadful"
0/5
What do you like best about Readymag?

Very easy to use; but then again you have to redo ever page so many times (when it restores to defaults) that it is actually not very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymag?

I honestly have not found a platform/piece of software and company so frustrating (to use and operate) than ReadyMag. I give all potential users of the platform one piece of advice; don't waste your money. We paid for the top package for ReadyMag and received a highly buggy platform alongside dreadful customer service.

We used this platform as a team, as had read some great reviews about how well it copes with multiple users; we got the exact opposite of this experience. We reported continuous major bugs to the developers on numerous occasions, with lacklustre responses of 'we will look into this for you'. We never had any resolution to these bugs and they had a fundamental impact on my team's missed deadline. These bugs consisted of the following: projects reverting back to templates when multiple people used the project, projects moving buttons and images when my team did not move or pin these assets and pages needed to be 'remade' on several occasions 6 times, in order for the changes to be made. Eventually, the customer service was so poor in response to these issues we stopped all but one user using the service, leading to the project taking much longer than anticipated.

Even now, when the project is completed, exporting the pages as an interactive PDF (as promised upon purchase) is so problematic it's almost not worth the time completing this.

Please consumers; save your time, money and energy. This platform is highly buggy and the developers really couldn't care less about these issues. WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify are so much easier and stress-free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
