Readyhall is calm event software for conferences, PD days, institutes, and professional gatherings. Send, paste, or describe your program (Excel, PDF, Word, whatever you have) and it becomes a live event site the same day: sessions, tracks, rooms, speakers, abstracts, and a personal agenda on every attendee's phone. No re-typing. Its flagship feature, Speaker Readiness, ends the pre-event chase. Every presenter gets a personal link (no account, no login) to upload materials, with automatic reminders at 7 days, 2 days, and once when overdue. Organizers see every presenter's status on one board and approve with a click. The same link is the presenter's home page for the event: their sessions, who has joined, related sessions, and their approved materials. Also included: call for proposals with blind review, certificates with public verification, QR check-in, registration-fee tracking (PO and cheque friendly; Readyhall never processes attendee money), sponsors, community spaces, announcements, venue maps, and AI assistants grounded in your published program. Open pricing, no sales calls. Free for events under 50 attendees. Built by an educator who has organized these events for years.
