It has a really simple to understand design and all its features are easy to engage with so we never struggle to use it for our meetings. It's flexibility allows it to integrate and work well with other products that we were already using for meeting and also for scheduling.

Read.ai offers very powerful meeting analytical tools which helps us to analyze our meetings so as to understand their performances like audience reactions and trends. Also, it helps record meetings for playbacks where we get to summarize meetings and discover the most crucial points that were being discussed. It uses AI to help pinpoint the most critical parts of the meeting easily and fast. read.ai also makes it easy for us to share meetings recaps directly via email with others especially those might have missed the meeting for one reason or the other. It is very secure and its high end security and data protection features like encryptions keeps our data secure and private. By using read.ai for our meetings, we were able to eliminate the long lasting issues that we were facing when scheduling meetings. read ai also has an amazing and one of a kind speaker coaching tool that gets to send recommendations and coaching metrics to help one get better at presenting during meetings. I like the meeting summaries and action points post the meeting. I like that it also automaticaaly 'joins' the meeting - but that can also be a problem sometimes. Read.ai is generally easy to use after you install it. After download, it easily integrated and automatically joined my meetings.

What I dislike most about it is that it automatically joins meetings. Depending on what kind of meeting and what is being discussed, some folks might be uncomfortable having AI on the meeting especailly if they are unfamiliar with read.ai.

It has an OK call note taker and call summary is decent. Nothing much to add as their customer service is not ready to listen to their customers. They dont have the motivation to improve their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The support team is the worst. We asked them to get on a call with us so we can address our challenges and they asked us to quite their platform as they cant meet out requirements. They did not even listen to our requirement.

2. They dont respond to my support messages. We had to send repeated support requests in order to get response from them.

3. I reached out to the company CEO over a week ago over Linkedin to tell him about our expreince and he didnt even care to respond.

4. Their APIs break all the time.
