Read has the potential to significantly improve meeting efficiency. Read has some potential challenges which I dislike such as transcription accuracy or integration issues. I had a very difficult time trying to download the files from the website. Additionally, the interface left a lot to be desired. It was nearly impossible it seemed to be able to watch the screen recording while trying to follow along on another application at the same time. The screen was either too small (When viewing in the web browser) or took over the entire screen making you unable to continue to work when in full screen mode, and I was unable to find an inbetween. read.ai introduced me into new ways of making my online meetings very valuable and productive by using the modernized AI technology to summarize meeting sessions. I love everything about the meeting summaries, how simplified they are and how they capture all the important details that were discussed during the meeting. I find it very magical how read.ai saves the entire meeting session and not just that, i get to easily play back the recordings which allows me to rewatch abd listen to the highlight moments of the meeting. read.ai also offers interesting meeting reports which clearly indicate the performance of the meeting across all aspects from engagements, clarity in communication and so on and i usually use the performance metrics to help improve on the next meetings. read.ai does more to me than just helping me have effective meeting experience. It offers some coaching materials which help me to learn and acquire skills on how to facilitate better meetings as the host as well as the presenter. Getting to use the smart meeting scheduling tool in read.ai has helped me gain an accurate experience in scheduling my meetings. With the scheduler, am able to identify the most productive time and date suitable for having the meetings and this help ensure that i don't have any other engagements other than the meeting. - It must be approved for each meeting, so you decide whether to approve it or not (this is configurable).

It was so easy to learn and understand how to make the best use of read.ai without any problems. read.ai has a user-friendly interface with a simple design making it easy to use. The best part is it's very user friendly. You can toggle between users. Connect read.ai zoom/ google meet by giving permission just once.

It's also very insightful compared to other tools.. gives us a lot of details about the call.
