It's based on React/JavaScript, which helps start quickly for react/web developers and has all the advantages of React.

Really good documentation.

Backed by a huge community supports that helps in getting all questions answered and find many alternatives for component/routing/http-client libraries. And the availability of npm packages is just sweet.

And of course, Cross-platform support is always the most productive and time/resource saver.

React Native clients like expo has support for web as well along with android/ios.
