Reachova is for founder-led software, AI, data and cloud services firms in India with 5–50 people that sell projects to US and UK companies. Most of these firms grow on referrals and have no marketing team. Reachova gives them a second client channel that they approve step by step and can measure. It starts with proof: one service, one buyer, and a case-study page written for that buyer. Then it checks GA4, Tag Manager and Consent Mode, and confirms that consultation requests and booked calls are recorded. Outbound runs in your own Apollo account and mailboxes. Reachova previews the list and sequence, creates them as drafts after you approve, checks them, and enrols contacts only when you approve the launch. Retargeting campaigns on Meta and Google Ads are created paused in your own ad account and go live only on approval. Each week you get spend, leads and cost per lead in rupees, with one recommendation per campaign: keep it, change it, stop it, or increase the budget. What Reachova is not: it is not a CRM, a contact database or a sending network. It uses your own Apollo account, mailboxes and ad accounts, and Meta and Google bill your ad spend to you directly. It does not make sales calls and does not promise meetings. It sets up, checks and measures the channel that you or your sales person work from. How access works: you connect Apollo, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta and Google Ads through each provider's own sign-in screen. Reachova never asks for passwords. AI drafts the ad text, sequences and first content batch, and you approve each item.
