What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is an incredibly powerful tool that simplifies giveaways for our customer marketing campaigns. What would otherwise be a logistical nightmare, like dropshipping 100 water bottles to addresses all over the world, is made surprisingly manageable. I also appreciate how the platform continues to evolve. Since we started using Reachdesk in 2022, it’s become noticeably easier to use. We appreciate all of the thoughtful enhancements that have been rolled out.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Its functionality isn’t well-suited for distributing apparel gifts. Each size counts as a separate SKU, and with the SKU limitations built into our plan, managing multiple sizes becomes cumbersome.

There’s also no built-in way for recipients to select their size—or more generally, to choose one item from a variety of gifts in our inventory. This has to be handled externally (like through a Google Form), which adds unnecessary complexity to the logistics.

It would also be massively helpful to have the ability to save progress on sends or bulk sends and return later. Having to redo work after realizing a campaign setting needs to be adjusted often makes the workflow inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Reachdesk is a great platform overall, one thing I dislike is that the interface can occasionally feel a bit clunky when managing large-scale campaigns or multiple recipients. Some workflows—like editing existing campaigns or tracking gift statuses—could be more streamlined. Additionally, shipping timelines and availability can vary by region, which sometimes makes international gifting a bit unpredictable. "Easy Gifting and Great Support, But Integration and Pricing Could Improve"
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

We love being able to send timely gifts to prospects and customers - gift cards for booking a meeting, brand awareness campaigns, and more. It's fairly easy to set up, and integrates with HubSpot for automated sending when certain actions are taken. Our CSM has been great at quickly answering questions when we need clarification! What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The shipping costs can be a little bit high, as well as the marketplace gift options. There are a lot of products to choose from, which is nice, but most of them seem overpriced for what they are. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I really appreciate how Reachdesk makes it effortless to connect more personally with customers. The ease of setting it up was remarkable, as I just needed to log in with my work email, and everything was instantly set for me. I particularly value the feature that allows me to send tailored gift cards easily and automate the entire process, saving a lot of time and effort. This convenient automation helps in delivering gifts right to the recipient's address without any hassle. It significantly supports in building connections and enhancing client relationships, as was evident when a school appreciated a goodie basket I sent using Reachdesk, which possibly contributed to closing a business deal. The functionality to search between different gifts, customize them, and write personal notes makes the tool incredibly useful for tailoring gifts to fit specific business needs. Tracking gifts via email, with updates on delivery status, adds a layer of convenience that I find very helpful. Furthermore, the platform is widely used in my previous company, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly nature and efficiency. I dislike the occasional bugs in Reachdesk that disrupt the ability to send gifts, especially when they need to be sent urgently. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

We find the platform really easy to use, it’s straightforward to navigate and selecting gifts is simple. I like that customers need to actively accept their gifts, which helps avoid wasted rewards and makes the budget go further. There’s a wide selection of gifts, plus the option to create custom packages for different customer segments, so you can offer more personal experiences. The gift tiering feature adds another layer of flexibility. I also appreciate the built-in reporting, which gives clear insights into usage and sales and helps the events team encourage wider adoption across the company. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

We’ve managed to sort out some of the logistical issues we faced before, like missing items in deliveries and shipping delays. Being a global company, we’ve also tackled regional differences and made the onboarding process much smoother. We’re still looking into ways to integrate with MS Dynamics, since there isn’t a ready-made solution at the moment, but we’re feeling genuinely optimistic about what’s ahead and excited to keep making progress. What do you like best about Reachdesk?

The team has been extremely helpful. I accidentally emailed the CEO himself through a google search, BUT he made sure that I was helped asap. That showed a great leader. The immediate team was great as well. We love having a huge catelog of gifts to send to our customers. We really apprecciate having the ability to send cash cards whenever needed as well. It provides us quick and flexible gifting.

Update: the new Amazon gifting integration is a game changer! Seriously, this will be an awesome feature to utilize. I can send a super personalized gift now all within reachdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

If I had to mention one drawback, it would be around budgeting and scalability. You need to ensure you have enough funds allocated in your Reachdesk wallet to send gifts, which can occasionally slow things down if not closely monitored. Also, if your team grows and you exceed the number of users included in your plan, you'll need to pay for additional licenses—which can add up quickly.

What do you like best about Reachdesk?

The platform is amazing, you have so many options!

My favourite feature is the Marketplace, as you can send thoughtful local gifts worldwide.

The campaign section is also very straightforward, it's very easy to create your campaign but also to clone other campaigns.

I really like labelling the items in the inventory by team, and a big shoutout to Aoife and the support team who make a huge difference on a daily basis.

I also really enjoy personalisation via Bulk sends using the CSV, you can do a lot of personalisation while impersonating other people and I think this can help increasing the conversion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

I would improve Merchandise Builder, as it is not where it should be in terms of offering. Also, there should be more marketplace place offerings in some countries such as the Middle East and some in Asia where there are few gifts and very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
