## Reach Reporting Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible, Customizable Reporting That Elevates Client Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinoth J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I started my business in January 2025 and have been using Reach Reporting as my primary reporting platform for my larger clients. It has quickly become an essential part of my service offering.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility and customization. I can tailor reports and dashboards to meet each client's specific needs, helping me deliver insights that are both meaningful and easy to understand. Even after using the platform extensively, I feel like I've only explored about 40% of its capabilities, which speaks to how powerful and feature-rich it is.

As I continue learning the platform, I'm discovering new ways to build custom reports, KPIs, and visualizations that add even more value for my clients. The professional presentation, automation, and ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights have saved me significant time while improving the quality of my reporting. Many of my clients have commented on how easy the reports are to understand and how much they appreciate the visual dashboards.

Reach Reporting has also become a valuable business development tool. When meeting with prospective clients, I share sample reporting decks to demonstrate the type of reporting and insights they will receive. The reaction is consistently positive, and it has helped me build credibility, differentiate my services, and close new business.

Overall, Reach Reporting has been an excellent investment for my firm. It helps me deliver a higher level of service to existing clients while also serving as a powerful tool for attracting and winning new ones.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

There is some learning curve involved in building custom reports.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to produce quick financial reporting package.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you so much for this detailed feedback! We are delighted to hear that Reach has become such an essential part of your service offering since launching your firm, from delivering tailored client insights to serving as a business development tool that helps you win new work. It is especially rewarding to hear that your clients notice and appreciate the visual dashboards. We have also noted your comments on the learning curve for custom reports, and we appreciate this as we continue thinking through ways to make that discovery process feel more intuitive from the start.

  ### 2. Financial Reporting Simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonaline G. | Remote Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

What I liked most about Reach Reporting was its ability to automate financial reporting and present data through clear, customizable dashboards, making it easier for teams and clients to understand performance and make informed decisions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Limited Syncing Frequency – Data syncing can sometimes feel less frequent than desired, which may result in delays before the latest information is reflected in reports and dashboards. This can make real-time monitoring and decision-making more challenging.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Financial data is often complex, fragmented, and difficult to interpret directly from accounting systems.

How Reach Reporting Helps: It consolidates data from platforms like QuickBooks Online and transforms it into clear, customizable reports and dashboards with visual analytics.

Benefit: It saves time, improves accuracy in decision-making, and makes financial information easier to understand and communicate to stakeholders.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reach Reporting! We're glad to hear the automated reporting and customizable dashboards are helping consolidate QuickBooks data into insights that are easier for both your team and clients to act on. We've also noted your comments on syncing frequency, and that's helpful feedback as we continue looking at ways to support more real-time visibility.

  ### 3. Familiar Spreadsheet Interface Makes Data Entry Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey W. | Admin Ops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

The spreadsheet interface makes it easy to bring in existing data or enter new data in a familiar way

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The Google Sheet integration requires granting full access to Google Drive and an error displays when you try to select certain sheets. This essentially makes the Google Sheets integration un-usable for us, but we've made it work. Additionally, the program defaults to Accrual based accounting and there isn't a good way to integrate accrual x cash, though Reach's team did provide a workaround that will do the trick.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once our account is fully configured, Reach Reporting will help us streamline our financial reporting and make more informed decisions about how to run our business.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thanks so much for sharing this! We're glad the spreadsheet interface made it easy to bring in your data right from the start. We also appreciate the detail on the Google Sheets permissions and the accrual-based defaults; that kind of feedback is genuinely useful as we look at smoothing out those rough edges, and we're glad our team could help find a workaround in the meantime.

  ### 4. Smooth QBO-to-Report Workflow with Flexible, Excel-Like Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

It functions so smoothly with the transition from QBO data to ready to present reports. No mapping, barely any setup at all. At the same time, it retains the complete flexibility to make any kind of report I want with the familiar Excel-like interface. I can also use other users' shared reports and copy them to my own dashboard, which saves a ton of time. It does everything I wanted reporting software to do for our firm.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

I think the only thing I have had a problem with is in the text of reports, sometimes it jumps around and is hard to edit, but that is very minor. Everything else just works.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us consistent, in-depth reports to share with clients that look much more professional than the QB reports and have a lot more options. Also, each is branded to the individual company, which just looks so nice and adds a great personalized touch to our clients. We needed a reporting package to deliver to our clients quarterly to discuss without spending a lot of time creating them and Reach does that for us.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reach Reporting! We're delighted to hear the QBO-to-report workflow, the Excel-like flexibility, and the ability to share and reuse dashboards have made such a difference for your quarterly client deliverables and branding. We've also noted your comments on text editing within reports, and we appreciate that input as we continue refining the experience.

  ### 5. Visually Appealing Reports That Make Financial Data Easy to Understand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia F. | Director of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

To our organization, being able to present financial and non-financial data in a way that is easy to understand and visually appealing has been a tremendous addition to my finance department.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The only con I have to say, is it takes a little to get used to manipulating the data. However, I do want to point out that Reach has been great about the training on how to utilize the reporting software.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I definitely like that I can upload non-financial data and Reach Reporting can help show our Senior Leadership how non-financial data can be just as impactful as financial data for budgeting and forecasting.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We are delighted to hear that presenting both financial and non-financial data in a clear, visually engaging way has made a meaningful difference for your finance department. We have also noted your comments on the learning curve, and we are glad our training resources have helped get your team up to speed.

  ### 6. Flexible Templates and Sync Make Reach a Win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach gives me multiple ways to build my setup. I really like the out-of-the-box templates, the option to mark budgets as “official,” and the way it syncs with Google Sheets.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The only drawbacks for me are that users really need to be fairly proficient with Excel and spreadsheets as a prerequisite to learning Reach. It also takes some time to get up to speed and fully understand the depth of its features.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach serves as a bridge that helps my clients understand their future outlook based on their current performance.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Really appreciate you sharing this! It's great to hear the templates, budget tools, and Google Sheets sync are all fitting into your workflow, and that Reach is helping your clients see where they're headed based on where they stand today. We know there's a learning curve for those newer to spreadsheet-style tools, and that's useful context as we think about how to ease that ramp-up.

  ### 7. Powerful Insight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane P. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting connects to your preferred accounting software to help tell the story of your financials statements with graphic trends.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting could have better tools for budgeting and forecasting. A stable cash forecast is needed to help drive decisions.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would be great if integrations for graphs would allow you to select more than one data account for each metric. Sometimes we need the total of specific labor accounts and have to either subtotal them within QuickBooks or create data tables in Reach to sum the data. The capability to select more than one expense account when selecting data would be nice.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're glad to hear that Reach Reporting is helping bring your financial statements to life with clear graphic trends, connected right to your accounting software. On the points about budgeting/forecasting tools and selecting multiple accounts within a single metric, we appreciate that detail, as it's useful input for us to consider as we continue refining those capabilities.

  ### 8. Easy Report Generation with Powerful Dashboards and Data Visualization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy A. | CFO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I really like its features around dashboards and data visualization, the report generation is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

In general is a good tool, for QB Desktop with rightworks the settings can be a bit tricky, and when the data has to be filtered and ordered a certain way, such as indicators for customers it is not as easy to replicate on the reach environment without manual updating every month

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has decreased the amount of hours for reporting creation and allowed to actually dive in more on the analysis of data.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing this feedback! We are pleased to hear that the dashboards and data visualization features have made report generation easier and given you more time for analysis. We have also noted your comments on QB Desktop with Rightworks and customer-specific filtering; this is valuable input as we look at ways to simplify that setup process.

  ### 9. Genuinely Flexible, Customizable Dashboards That Fit Our Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crissy H. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I love how I can customize my dashboards. It isn’t a cookie-cutter set of reports; it’s genuinely flexible and fits our unique needs.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike. The only thing I feel it’s missing is the ability to add a text box on the dashboards.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to automatically generate great visuals, and it’s been really helpful. Being able to roll everything up across more than one company in one place is amazing.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> So glad to hear this! The flexibility of the dashboards is exactly what we aim for, and it's great that they're genuinely fitting your team's needs rather than a one-size-fits-all setup. We also appreciate you calling out the text box request; that's helpful input as we continue shaping what's possible on dashboards. Being able to roll up multiple companies in one view is one of our favorite features, too!

  ### 10. Fast, Structured Financial Reporting with Clean Dashboards and Client-Ready Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sujan U. | Assistant manager Tech Onboarding, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting makes financial reporting and analysis significantly faster and more structured. The pre‑built report templates, intuitive dashboards, and real‑time data sync help convert raw financial data into clear, client‑ready insights with minimal manual effort. It is easy to use, visually clean, and very effective for presenting financial performance to stakeholders, The AI insight feature is also a very nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

While Reach Reporting is strong for standard reporting, if you want to add the financial form spreadsheet option, multi-dimensional reporting is not possible at this point in time.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach Reporting solves the challenge of time‑consuming manual financial reporting by automating data consolidation, visualization, and variance analysis. It improves accuracy, reduces preparation time, and enables faster decision‑making by providing clear financial insights without heavy spreadsheet dependency.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reach Reporting! We're glad to hear the templates, dashboards, and real-time sync are making reporting faster and more structured, and that the AI insights are adding real value to how you present financial performance. We've also noted your comments on multi-dimensional reporting within the spreadsheet option, and that's helpful input as we continue evaluating where we can expand.

  ### 11. Saves Hours Each Month with Client-Friendly Reports and Clear Visuals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamine S. | Senior Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

It saves me a lot of time. I'd estimate around 10 hours a month. Another big upside is being able to create reports my clients can actually understand. It makes it very easy to translate financial data into clear, digestible charts and graphs.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The pricing is high, but it makes sense if you have at least seven or eight clients and are using the ten-client plan.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time explaining financial and accounting data to my clients. Most of them really like the two-page-only summary I created.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share this! We are pleased to hear that Reach is saving you meaningful time each month and helping you translate financial data into reports your clients can easily understand. We have also noted your comments on pricing relative to plan size, and we appreciate this perspective as we continue evaluating how our plans serve firms of varying scale.

  ### 12. Effortless Report Creation and Seamless Google/Excel Sheet Linking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I like how easy it is to create reports and link other external sheets from Google or Excel to keep my financials updated. It saves a ton of time!

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

I wish there were more editing options in the financial templates similar to that in Word. I find it hard to add bullet points and align my text in my monthly finanical report.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to automate a huge portion of my budgeting by linking QBO and having that popluate each month automatically while being able to input an increase factor. I can also ovveride the cells in the months that are irregular and not mess up any of my other data.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thanks for sharing your positive experience with Reach Reporting! It's wonderful to hear that the report creation and sheet linking are saving you real time, especially with QBO automating so much of your budgeting process. We also appreciate the note on text formatting and bullet points. That's helpful feedback as we continue refining the editing experience within templates.

  ### 13. Powerful Reporting for Effortless Monthly Financials at a Reasonable Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie N. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I really appreciate the reporting features. They make it easy for me to create the monthly financial reports we share with our board. The pricing is also reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The budgeting feature could use some improvement when working with consolidated entities. We were able to find a workaround, but it isn’t very efficient and still feels a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial reporting through a Xero integration is seamless. The platform performs as expected, and syncs very often with our accounting software.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're grateful you took the time to write this! It's great to hear the reporting features are making your board reports easier to put together, and that the Xero sync is performing reliably at a price that makes sense. We also appreciate the feedback on budgeting for consolidated entities. That's exactly the kind of detail that helps us look at where the workflow can feel less cumbersome.

  ### 14. Reach Reporting Makes Budgeting and Forecasting Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Accounting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting makes budgeting and forecasting easy. The reports are seamless, the UI is easy to use, and the data sheets are powerful.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

I'd like to see Reach to start using AI for benchmarking/KPIs for specific industries and allow consolidated entities to have a budget and a forecast

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach makes it easy to create and process a recurring monthly report for a complete financial package.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for this thoughtful feedback. It's great to hear that budgeting and forecasting feel seamless, and that the data sheets are pulling their weight for your reporting. AI-driven industry benchmarking and budgets/forecasts at the consolidated entity level are exactly the kind of feature requests we value, and we've noted both for our product team. Glad Reach Reporting is making your recurring financial package easier to put together each month.

  ### 15. Powerful Integrations, AI Insights, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I love the integrations and AI analysis available. Their team provided great customer support as needed, and they had a lot of videos to learn how to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Pricing is high for a firm with a small handful of bookkeeping work.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to get a deep dive look at business insights. The visual representation of data helps clients truly understand their reports.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thanks so much for sharing this! It's great to hear the integrations, AI insights, and support all coming together well for you, and that turning data into visuals is helping your clients truly understand their numbers. On pricing, we get that it needs to make sense for firms of every size, and it's feedback we keep close as we look at how Reach fits smaller workloads.

  ### 16. Smooth Integration with QBO, Xero, and Gusto

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey N. | JV Staff Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I like the smooth integration between QBO, Xero, Gusto and other softwares.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The downside of Reach Reporting is I cannot MAKE my clients log in and view their financials. I wish it were slightly more convenient.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customizable dashboard is what I find the most helpful. I can answer a clients question now and in the future by adding a new custom template.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> It's wonderful hearing how much the QBO, Xero, and Gusto integrations have streamlined your workflow and that the customizable dashboards let you keep pace with your clients' evolving questions. We also appreciate you flagging the client-access point — that kind of feedback helps us think through how we can make the experience more convenient down the road.

  ### 17. Month-End Reporting Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh G. | Associate | Digital Asset Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

The month-end reporting task became much easier.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The syncing feature could be smoother, as there are times when it takes longer than I expect for updates to appear.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach Reporting is helping us turn raw financial data into clean, visual insights. It saves time on manual report building and allows us to present information to clients in a much clearer and more engaging way.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> It's great to hear that Reach Reporting is helping make month-end reporting so much easier, turning raw data into clean, engaging insights for your clients. We've also noted your comments on sync speed, and we appreciate that feedback as we continue working to make updates feel more seamless.

  ### 18. Easy-to-Use, Highly Customizable Professional Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor M. | Financial Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach is easy to use, and it helps me create highly customizable, professional-looking reports.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

It doesn’t have a direct integration with our new accounting system, so we’ll need to upload the data manually, but it’s still 100% worth it.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 23 companies that roll up into a parent company, and Reach allows us to compare the P&Ls and other key items for the banks, then consolidate everything into a single report.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reach Reporting. We're glad to hear it's helping you create polished, customizable reports, especially with a structure as complex as consolidating P&Ls across 23 companies into one parent view. As for the direct integration you mentioned, that is helpful context for us as we look at expanding our connections over time.

  ### 19. Easy to Use with Seamless Xero and Google Sheet Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** adc x. | Senior Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Easy-to-use interface, and it connects smoothly with Xero and Google Sheet.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The built-in collaboration and team features are limited, so it’s a good thing Google Sheet is integrated. We rely on Google Sheet for collaboration, which helps make up for what’s missing in the native team tools.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Report generation has been progressing slowly. That said, Reach provides real-time updates, which makes it easier to generate reports.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're glad to hear that Reach Reporting is proving easy to use, with the Xero and Google Sheets integrations working smoothly for you. We've also noted your thoughts on native collaboration and team features, and it's helpful to know Google Sheets is filling that gap in the meantime.

  ### 20. Automated Data Syncing and Polished, Client-Ready Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

What I like most about Reach Reporting is how it combines automated data syncing with highly customizable, client-ready dashboards and reports. It saves us a lot of time and makes our client presentations feel more polished and professional.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

What I dislike about Reach Reporting is that it isn’t as flexible for complex financial modeling as a full FP&A tool. For very advanced scenarios, I still need to rely on Excel, and some of the deeper customization options also take time to learn and master.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach Reporting is solving the manual, repetitive work of building financial reports and dashboards from scratch. By automating data updates and report creation, it saves us hours every month and lets us focus on analysis and client advisory rather than formatting spreadsheets.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share this! Hearing that the automated syncing and dashboards are saving you hours each month and freeing you up for advisory work is exactly the impact we hope for. We also hear you on the deeper FP&A modeling side, and it's helpful feedback as we think about how Reach can support more advanced scenarios down the road.

  ### 21. Excel-Based UI and Smooth QBO Integration Deliver Great Modeling Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach's UI being excel based makes it very easy for accountants to quickly learn how to create/edit reports. The QBO integration allows for easy modifications to reporting, and the overall performance of the modeling has yielded great results.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

The customization of specific reports could be improved upon, and it would be helpful to set company-wide settings for reports to ensure that any new report has the same font/sizing/etc.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach allows us to provide standardized financials to our clients efficiently and consistently. The AI feature can also be helpful, especially when it provides thoughtful feedback that supports our work.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're so glad to hear this! It's great that the Excel-based interface and QBO integration have made report creation intuitive while still delivering strong modeling results, and that the AI feature is adding real value to your client work. We also appreciate the note on company-wide formatting settings; that's helpful input as we look at ways to make consistency across reports even easier.

  ### 22. Impressive Reports Made Easy with Plenty of Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt K. | CFO Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting has a lot of reporting templates to choose from, which makes it easy to create an impressive report.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Modifying graphs can be cumbersome at times. Definitely not as easy as modifying a graph in Excel.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach Reporting is solving the amount of time it typically takes to update monthly reporting allowing us to focus our time on analysis.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are glad to hear that the template library has made it easy to put together polished, impressive reports and given you more time to focus on analysis each month. We have also noted your comments on graph customization, and we appreciate this input as we look at ways to make that process feel more intuitive.

Reach Reporting automates financial report building and helps reduce the time I spend on manual data entry and monthly exports.

Although it’s designed to be user-friendly, I find creating more complex dashboards and custom reports can still take some time to learn and fully master.

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach Reporting has improved our financial reporting and made our meetings more productive and focused.

The only downside for me with Reach Reporting was the annual cost.

QuickBooks is very limited when it comes to customizing reports. You can’t change report layouts, add columns or rows, or adjust totals, and you’re forced to use their specified parameters, such as date ranges and similar settings.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're so glad you shared this! It's great to hear the Excel-like environment made it easy to jump in and start building the customized reports QuickBooks alone couldn't offer. We know cost is an important factor too, and it's feedback we keep in mind as we think about the value we're delivering.

We've been manually pulling reports such as the P&L and Balance from QB to put into custom reports for our clients. ### 46. Effortless Reporting and Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Putrevu B. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

I recently started using it for generating reports, and it's so easy to access. The UI helps to customize the dashboards easily. Moreover, the best part is work groups, which allow sharing the same report and working in a group. A smart way is the single account can be used for multiple organizations a user can use the same account and changing workspace helps to navigate and work at numerous locations. It seems its the best platform for the freelancer too.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Steep learning curve for complex features
Limited customization options for certain reports
Occasional issues with data syncing or formatting

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The basic thing that helps is I need not spend my time on visualization and dashboard designing. And helps me to focus more precisely on analysis. ### 47. Saves so much time with monthly reporting!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail K. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Prior to using Reach, I would spend a full day putting together monthly reports for department heads and management. Downloading reports from Quickbooks and then manually manipulating them to what I needed was a pain. But now with Reach I can do it all within an hour. I use both the Quickbooks and Google Sheets connect.

Also, their support is amazing. The agent actually hopped on a Zoom call with me so I could show him what problem I was trying to solve in my report. It was immensely easier doing it that way rather than trying to explain over text.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

Initially, it wasn't the most intuitive system I ever used, but once I got going I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. Also, it would be nice to have a way to put your different reports into files rather than having them all together on a single dashboard.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a much more flexable than the reports Quickbooks has to offer. I know Quickbooks is building out it's reporting function, but reach is leaps and bounds ahead of them in this. Also, being able to pull in non-financial data from Google sheets is very nice. We save so much time being able to build reports once and then just running them monthly.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> We're delighted to hear that Reach Reporting has taken your monthly reporting from a full day down to about an hour, especially with QuickBooks and Google Sheets working together so well. It also means a lot to hear that our support team could hop on a call and work through your report directly with you. As for organizing reports into folders, that's a helpful point, and we'll keep it in mind as we continue shaping the platform.

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Part Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reach Reporting?**

Reach is SO easy to use. Connecting to my accounts was a snap. From there, you have a huge set of pre made reports, but all the customization you can imagine is available. The reports are clean, powerful, and customizable. The AI analysis tool is great for report averse business owners - it puts things in easy to understand language and makes report consumption more palatable for some.

**What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?**

It's a process to learn - but if it did not require some effort to learn, it would not be powerful enough. The payoff is worth the effort.

**What problems is Reach Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing more detailed looks at where money is coming from, where it is going and trends that can be tracked over time.

**Official Response from Reach Reporting:**

> Thank you for sharing such kind words! We're delighted to hear that connecting your accounts was seamless and that the customizable reports and AI analysis are making financial insights more approachable for you and your clients.
