It’s easy to use, and we can quickly generate monthly reports without much hassle. The pre-built templates are helpful, and the support team has been responsive whenever we've had questions. However, I would love to see more integrations with other business tools like CRMs or additional accounting platforms. Right now, we're limited in how much we can sync with our other systems. Otherwise, the tool is fantastic. It is also good at doing quick data visuals on the fly. The reporting building tool is great. They also have great customer support and are very helpful. You can talk to the developers easily. The implementation and training is also quite easy. **What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?** Consolidation is more clunky due to having to have account names all be the same across all organizations. You can pull in multiple scenarios into report graphics, build KPIs and create charts, comparisons, etc. The setup is pretty smooth as well. **What do you dislike about Reach Reporting?** The customization is great, but it can be overwhelming if you are a mind of an accountant.
