The customer service is “above and beyond.” From our initial contact ot gather information, the sales process, implementation of the product, and after sales support have been premium. No question has been to small or large to be addressed in a very quick manner. And the after Sales support for end users has taken a lot off my plate in supporting the product on campus. Hands down the customer service. Truly the best of any company I've worked with. My rep is exceptional -- super responsive, lightening speed, friendly and professional, and an amazing internal advocate. I haven't had a single subpar experience with REACH since being onboarded. The only thing I can think of is that the portal can be a little confusing/intimidating, especially if you are only an occasional user. What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using REACH to display our donor names digitlly in the lobbies of our 15+ locations. We transitioned from physical banners to digital donor walls, bringing our long-term annual costs down significantly and giving me extreme flexibility in updating names, correcting errors, adding donors, and improving/changing feature elements. This has been a total game-changer, since I can manage all 15+ locations from my computer now and no longer need to travel to each location for maintenance and upkeep. The user interface is easy, support works hard to make sure you have a good experience, it was easy to implement and we use it all the time for promoting things happening within our organization. Digital signage is not our primary market but projects occasionally come to us in association with our AV designs in house of worship, schools, and performing arts venues. Reach Media provides support to us as the integrator but also directly to our customer. Their technical assistance has been great, their onboarding with our customers has been great, they are very responsive. Reach Media makes the entire process easy.
