All the information we needed the most are listed, easy to find out the details of the properties.

If they can add a feature that we can choose the field or table we need and output as pdf or excel, will be awesome.

We are easily to put all the information of the property to the system, and every co-worker will know what's happening, good for some stage when we need the update and no need to ask.

Fit for our purpose, modern usage platform, integration with finance, excellent solution to our problems.
Our implementation consultant (Carolyn Bodisco) was a HUGE asset in our transition from start to Go Live

Nothing as yet. We are only just live, so hopefully nothing comes up.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

Re-Leased saves a huge amount of time in many areas but particularly in issuing new leases, managing property and, best of all, invoicing of rents, service and other repetitive charges.

There's nothing really to dislike about Re-Leased

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has cut down considerably time spent invoicing tenants and  it provides one central database that can be accessed from anywhere. Another great feature is the ability to see in an instant all your unoccupied properties.

The convenience of information on hand. Everything is all in one place.

The help desk isn’t easy to get a hold of when we have questions. When doing a completing a payment disbursement, it just ends, there is no next button or option to complete another one or go back to the trust account page. Also leaves you wondering if it has been completed or not.

I find it very easy to use and navigate, considering I'm new to this work it has been a great help. Customer service is great, always gets back to me quickly.

reporting for properties with multiple tenants, landlords tend to come up with questions in relation to how reports are breaking down Fee, it is not described to which tenant the fee is related to.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

Re-Leased has been the software we were looking for to banish multiple spreadsheets and make our jobs easier.  The on-boarding process was easy which made the switching process less onerous.  An easy layout to follow which makes getting to grips with new software a breeze! Their product development is proactive and they listen to and adopt sensible suggestions which can be rolled out to all users, as well as dealing with the different regulation requirements faced by their international users.  Customer support has been always easy to use with swift conclusions to any issues raised.  Accounting software integration has been a great bonus.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

A couple of alterations to the software / functionality (which we would deem as being super helpful) are not quite there yet, but we feel our request has been taken on board and hopefully working towards getting some of these into development.

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Banishing multiple spreadsheets, ability to see progress of tenancies / maintenance issues when a colleague is out of the office to provide meaningful feedback to tenants, accounts integrations for updates on payments / arrears, contractir management, cloud based so can be accessed whilst out on site and anything recorded in real time, informative reports for colleague and client meetings.

Intuitive to use.
As a finance professional I use tenancy data for cash flow forecasts. It is very useful to have all data in one place with easy access to underlying documents. It is also easy to integrate with XL.
Customer support is helpful with quick response times.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

Whilst they are improvements, reports can be changed which means downstream reporting needs to be udpated.

It has massively reduced the time we used to spend on property invoicing. Love the fact that it syncs to Xero.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

Our working model didn't quite fit the normal Re-Leased client and this was difficult at first, but the take on team (and ongoing support) have helped us make our model fit the software and have been really responsive to problems we encountered along the way.

We were producing manual rent invoices before Re-Leased and then keying to our book keeping software. The fact that Re-Leased syncs to Xero is saving us a massive amount of time.

The product is available to our whole team the pricing structure allows us to grow with ReLeased. The improvements are constant and the support is excellent. The software is easy to use, and integrates well with 3rd party apps we use.

Some features are not available in the Apps. Some pages are not locked so can be edited in error.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

Re-leased has enabled us to keep all information relating to our property portfolio in one place.  It has simplified the process of looking after our branch network and I use it daily. 
The team are gerneally very responsive to product development ideas.
New features are added regulalry and there is a process of continual improvement of the product.
The set up and migration process was straighforward.
The customer support team are responsive.

There are some features relating to contact storage which are frustrating.
We are hoping that Re-Leased can help up with access control so we can have greater access to the system accross the organisation.

Released is the best Property Management Software that I have ever used. It's continuously improving and makes managing 60 properties as easy as it can be. I like the compliance and dashboards and the new AI module is already saving me a lot of time. It's very easy to use and is customer focussed and there is a great responsive customer support team. I use it all day every day whilst in the office and it is super easy to implement. It integrates fully with MS Outlook.

No real issues with Released although it would be good to have a bulk PPM approval button.

Released is solving problems for me on lease administration and property management including AI that pulls information from emails, documents and leases and creates email responses for maintenance tasks.

From the outset, the introduction and training provided was excellent Simon (Russell), led us through the software, and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, or to re explain things if needed. He was extremly articulate and patient throughout and made the process so smooth and easy.

Preferably I would like to have one person that you are able to speak to on the phone once you are handed over to the support team. It may just be because coming from Simon, it was so helpful to have questions answered promptly when needed. I do feel it takes a bit of time to get a response back from the support team.

It provides a central hub for all things management in which we didnt have before. It makes the running of the day to day business so much more efficient. The AI side also makes the general administration so much quicker, by reading invoices, especially when there is a large amount.

The whole process from the sales to onboarding the team behind Re-Leased are professinal and knowledgable across the board. Also, the softwear itself is robust yet userfriendly and extreamly simple to navigate / pickup. Intergration with our business has been second to none. Only good words to say!

Our biggest issue as a small private property agaency is that we do everything in house. Keeping track of everything from AST's through to GSRs and fundimental compliance such as workers public liability has been a game changer for us use Re-Leased. It has also solved alot of wasted manual labour hours being spend on invoices, emails and reminders being sent out to tenants. Overall Re-Leased has streamlined our whole business so that everything is being tracked and completed ontime reducing liability and cost across the board.

Re-Leased is a breath of fresh air in the world of property management software. It is comfortably the most intuitive software system I have used. As a property investor I find the integration with Xero extremely helpful to the running of our businesses.
The AI feature (CREDIA) could be a real game changer on the productivity front as it begins to take on more of the administrative tasks and burdens.

By now it would be good if there were more software integrations available around eg compliance and the tenant/landlord apps could do with an update.

Easy to edit when mistakes have been found, or changes made. Really user friendly. There is a help button for support if struggling with something and they get back to you quite quickly and are really helpful.

I haven't really come across anything I don't like but if I had to name something it would be I cannot void a credit expense when a mistake was made but it wasn't a problem as I could edit it to zero.

All our work orders and invoices are all on there and I can see what invoices are awaiting approval, what has been approved and what has been paid. I can also attach the work order to the invoice .
