Always know who owes you money, what's due, and who you need to pay. RE Deal Tracker is commission accounting software for commercial real estate brokerages, built for brokerage owners, office managers, and bookkeepers. Each lease or sale is entered once, with its terms, rent by year, parties, and commission. From that record, RE Deal Tracker calculates the commission per square foot or from the rent schedule, splits it among salespeople, co-brokers, and the house, and generates an invoice for each installment that can be printed or emailed from the brokerage's own email account. Users record payments as they arrive, see outstanding balances, identify past-due installments, and track what each salesperson and co-broker is owed and has been paid. Every plan also prints a closing sheet for each deal and tracks renewal dates. Office and Enterprise add Lease Radar, a pipeline board, and QuickBooks Online sync.
