## About re:cap
re:cap helps tech companies make better financial decisions and maximize their capital efficiency. They integrate financial analysis, forecast, and funding in one platform called the Capital OS. This ensures that financial operations and funding work as one. The Capital OS The Capital OS combines financial analysis, forecasting, and funding in one platform. It links company performance with planning and funding decisions, giving businesses a structured way to manage capital. Analysis With Analysis, companies bring all their financial data in real-time into one place. They see cash balances, runway, and growth at a glance, track transactions across accounts, and understand where money flows. Benchmarks, capital needs, and a rating system show how fundable a company is and what to improve. Forecast With Forecast, companies plan short-term liquidity and long-term capital needs in one place. Using cash flow, invoices, actuals, and budgets, they create weekly and monthly forecasts, test scenarios, and add funding events to see the impact. This shows them clearly when capital is needed, what is possible with the funds available, or what kind makes sense. Funding re:cap offers a non-dilutive credit line. Companies can tailor terms – including amount, duration, and repayment – to fit their business needs and goals. How companies use funding - Extend runway to reach profitability or postpone equity fundraising - Fund long-term growth - Fund large investments - Bridge short-term liquidity needs - Cover long payment targets Key terms of the funding - Ticket size: €50K to €5M - Amortization: 1 to 60 months - Control: 100% non-dilutive - Only pledge on receivables: no personal guarantees and no equity kickers Available in Germany, United Kingdom and Netherlands.

**What do you like best about re:cap?**

We started working with re:cap in 2022 when we got our first growth funding. The onboarding went very smooth and although our own bank was not willing to provide any funds due to negative equity on balance, re:cap would take on our case because of a positive cashflow and the nature of our business (recurring revenue).

And really, what a ride it has been from there! The funding re:cap provided us enabled us to invest into marketing and grow from +/- 15 employees to currently over 40 while our client base has grown almost 4 times since then as well. The interest is way more steep compared to a bank, but you recieve a lot of flexibility and 0 dilution on equity in return.

Due to our growth we can now have a more international mindset instead of only focusing on clients in our home country. We became more ambitious now we now re:cap has our back in regards to proper funding. This would not have been possible without their help.

**What do you dislike about re:cap?**

A downside of using re:cap could be the higher interest, but in return you will get a lot of flexbility.

**What problems is re:cap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re:cap is solving our cash issues because we need to prefund our marketing investments.
