Rcopia is an add on to our EHR system. We use it every day. We have had some glitches with the program off and on since I have been here. It is great that we don't have to worry about sending a paper rx to the patient. It saves time for the students we help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rcopia? I dislike the pairing option to our EHR. The program does not like to mirror what is on the medicat screen which is important if we are sending records out to another provider. Integrated eligibility and formulary checks, comprehensive MedHx retrieval, and probably the easiest and best Gold service on the market. The interface on their Rcopia 3 version isn't much to look at. Some things like removing a preferred pharmacy and managing rules/settings on group or user-level are counter intuitive but those are nit-picky things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Rcopia: Shop around and view demos. I can vouch for their ease of use and reliability. Their trainers, support team and implementation are strong.
