Provides access to a patient's electronic medication history and helps monitor medication adherence to improve outcomes.Makes the prior authorization process easy by allowing it to be processed electronically. **What do you dislike about Rcopia?** Initial setup and use can involve a significant learning curve for new users and staff. **What problems is Rcopia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Features like secure messaging, refill requests, and integration with other systems reduce manual work and improve efficiency for providers. ### 2. It has potential but it is a very immature product. **What do you dislike about Rcopia?** It is not written for mental health where three of the same prescriptions are frequently written at the same time for each of three different months. Only one will show in the list. Their tech support is abysmal. You call, it rings for 30 minutes and then answers and hangs up. You cannot duplicate a prescription with one touch. **What problems is Rcopia solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. It is used for routine practice. Version 3.1 was much better than the current version. ### 3. We pay for the product, we should not have to deal with this. it also diverts attention from the rx process, increasing the chance for error. There seems to be no concern about cursor efficiency and using this requires lots of mouse and keyboard movements that could be minimized. It seems frequent changes to functionality occur without notification to each individual user...not acceptable. The fact that completing an RX requires scrolling down to the bottom of a page is also inefficient. Calls to the company have been greeted with absolute arrogance. **What problems is Rcopia solving and how is that benefiting you?** it is an unsatisfactory product. We use it every day. We have had some glitches with the program off and on since I have been here. It is great that we don't have to worry about sending a paper rx to the patient. It saves time for the students we help. **What do you dislike about Rcopia?** I dislike the pairing option to our EHR. The program does not like to mirror what is on the medicat screen which is important if we are sending records out to another provider. **What problems is Rcopia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easier to send the rx to the pharmacy this way. The patients don't spend as much time at the pharmacy and are able to get their medication faster. ### 7. Integrated eligibility and formulary checks, comprehensive MedHx retrieval, and probably the easiest and best Gold service on the market. Reliable and consistent - they don't break what is already working. Appreciate their software. **What do you dislike about Rcopia?** The interface on their Rcopia 3 version isn't much to look at. Some things like removing a preferred pharmacy and managing rules/settings on group or user-level are counter intuitive but those are nit-picky things. **Recommendations to others considering Rcopia:** Shop around and view demos. I can vouch for their ease of use and reliability. Their trainers, support team and implementation are strong. Enjoy working with Rcopia. **What problems is Rcopia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliments and integrates with software to provide eRx ability and allows us to achieve Meaningful Use. ### 8.
