RCM Edge is a revenue cycle management automation platform for medical billing companies, practices, and health systems. It automates the two most repetitive payer workflows — insurance eligibility verification (566 payer connections) and claim status follow-up (468 payer connections) so staff only handle the exceptions that need a human. Claims are automatically sorted (clean, paid, denied, partially paid, data error), and dashboards surface claim health and revenue status. RCM Edge works alongside your existing EHR/PM system, supports FHIR, HL7, and X12 EDI, and is HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 certified. Prior authorization, denial management, and AR follow-up modules are in development.
