What do you like best about Rchilli?

I found that Rchilli offers an excellent resume parsing service which makes it easier for the company I work at to parse resumes. I also like the quick support offered by the company, making it much easier to understand the documentation and the API. Although their documentation could be improved, their customer service and support is top notch, and I plan to use them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rchilli?

One thing I dislike about Rchilli is that it is not very simple to use. The API offered by the company - Rchilli - is extremely complicated to understand, and has a lack of documentation available to understand the API. As a result, it leads to a lot of debugging time on my end. I - as well as my peers - have found it faster to look over resumes manually than use the service due to the long development time needed for fixing small bugs. Recommendations to others considering Rchilli:

I would probably recommend others to use Rchilli to gain a full insight into their business and to find out if the resumes received by their company would allow them to hire a better candidate, as opposed to sorting through resumes manually.
