**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I love how it works in Slack - a channel that shows all of the nitty gritty details on the lead, their position, company revenue, email, easy to click to head to their website/LinkedIn, etc. What page they landed on is fantastic as well. I'm glad I know of this company and lead gen tool. 

Super easy to set up and the support emails make you feel like they're always there if you have a question.

Easy to use and great to see the results.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about RB2B - everything is awesome.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are showing a seamless flow of leads/visitors coming to our website without me really having to do much at all. I can easily see who is visiting our site, where they are visiting, all of their info like revenue, position, LinkedIn profile, which I would normally have to do my search on myself. Having the emails already there (if business emails) is fantastic and I don't need to use another tool to scan emails.

RB2B provides real time data about who is clicking around the website and on what pages. It also identifies their company and linked in profile. In my role, it has helped me book 2 demos that may have not been booked otherwise

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I wish there was a way to filter out irrelevant leads visiting the website based on their job titles and companies

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B provides high-quality visitor identification with current and relevant data which makes it easy to scale your sales. You never know how many people are actually interested in what you have to offer if they don't get in touch, RB2B helps to prevent that.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

For proper marketing automation technical skills or tech expert required. The tool can seamlessly connect with Slack, but other integrations are lacking which makes it not easy to use unless you have prior knowledge working with webhooks.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying visitors who were interested in companys products but didn't get in touch. We use the collected data to start marketing automation such as sending personalized outreach campaigns based on what visitor was looking at the website.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It was very easy to setup the script and the Slack integration. Their customer service and tech support are alos very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I had high hopes, but they were only able to provide 3 LinkedIn profiles of site visitors, out of about 12, and one of them was incorrect. I tested it with mine - I visited my site from my mobile device and from my laptop. One gave me the correct LinkedIn profile, the other gave someone else's profile that I was not even associated with, so I hesitate to say with certainty that on the few ocassions they actually find a LinkedIn profile that it is actually accurate.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tried it to determine who exactly is visiting my website - knowing exactly who would allow me follow up directly. Alas, I had very limited success.

There are several unnecessary notifications from the administrator on slack which are not relevant to our efforts

Easy to implement and we now have leads flowing directly into Slack every day that we can action on. As a team focused on direct sales, this will be a game changer for us.

It's great to have 200 free credits per month but I see the pricing gets a little expensive after that, but still probably worth it.

Google analytics is mostly useless these days. B2B marketers must find new ways to identify site visitors, understand customer profiles, and market to customers with purchase intent. RB2B is a must-have tool to understand who's visiting, interested in your service, enabling outbound marketing to the right customers.

Limit of 200 monthly profiles on free tier

I can't figure out who's visiting my website and what ICPs are truly interested in purchasing.

So far so good: In just a couple days it gave me contact information of people finding my web site through search engines or clicking our ads.

Not every user is discovered, it would be great to have more people discovered.

2. Quality of data - even though we are not getting a lot of traffic, it still brings us ICPs on a daily basis. 
3. Quality of software - it just feels right, not a bloated software with uselles features you commonly see.

We have a very specific ICP and RB2B casts a wide net and doesn't filter out what is irrelevant for us.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Seeing in real time who is visiting our site and specifically our 'hot pages' is incredibly helpful to shift our strategy for the market needs. We requested an extension on our free trial to sort out an integration and they were very quick and helpful!

There are some features I wish they had, but I am hoping in the future there will be an option.

Understanding who is visiting our site and where they are coming from. The ability to sync directly to our CRM is very helpful to curb manual operations tasks.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

No-nonsense, delivers what it promises. Very easy to set up and use.
Upcoming integrations should make it even more useful.
Possibility of adding automated workflows to engage with the contacts.
Makes good sense to activate this alongside a running PPC Ads campaign.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

We were only able to set it up on our primary website domain, but our landing page is on a sub-domain - so all the landing page clicks were not attributed.
Attribution % is still less, so you get a small subset of your website visitors, and that too only for US.
The personal email IDs we get are not very useful, professional email IDs are what we actually need.

De-anonymizing website visits at an individual level.

Sometimes they miss visitors, but this might be due to me not understanding the tools total implementation

RB2B is helping us identify the actual visitors to our website, as opposed to just being notified that ACME corp viewed our website, we get to see the actual end user.

Getting to know who visited my website on a user level is almost like a dream come true for a B2B marketer.

They now have a feature where you can simply export all the leads that have been generated in the last 30 days. That is a real timesaver as I can import all of those in my CRM directly

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

They are still short of integrations in general, but cool progress for a new solution..

RB2B is identifying who visited our site and was viewing the information. Our sales team can then simply reach out to the people on LinkedIn and other platforms and check if they have any requirements. This has greatly helped our B2B lead generation channel.

Love the ability to monitor visitors to your site. It's easy to use and integrate and takes almost 0 effort to get working.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Wish we had the ability to have a negative list of pages that we didn't want to collect user profiles on. As an example we don't want user profiles created on our log in screen at this time.

We have the ability thanks to RB2B to see who is visiting our site down to a LinkedIn profile. We even have the ability to see what they interacted with on our site and if they are new or repeat visitors. The integaration with Slack allows us to scan new profiles instantly to see if our SDR team should assess the visit as well.

Almost instant data. Easy to set up and easy to use. Even the people who typically struggle with tech can use it. Great insights into website visitors.

The dashboard isn't interactive. It doesn't show who is a recurring visit so you have to go to your CRM.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I'm impressed with the entire concept and its dedication to solving challenges for businesses. It offers a meaningful solution for connecting with website traffic that might otherwise remain unidentified by traditional marketing services and tools.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

For businesses in their early stages or with low search volume, this tool may not be very beneficial. It only identifies a portion of US traffic, which is a small fraction of our international audience. For instance, capturing 30% of US traffic equates to about 1 to 2 people per week for us. While it's intriguing to monitor and we appreciate its functionality, our decision to upgrade isn't tied to this tool since our traffic growth is independent of it.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool identifies our US website visitors, enabling us to engage with them promptly, thereby enhancing the likelihood of converting these prospects for our company. It's an innovative concept, and I'm hopeful that its growth will bring more benefits, especially considering its current limitations for small startups with low initial traffic.

With just a code snippet, you can start to understand those checking your website, many of which had other meetings booked with us and is nice to get validation they're checking in.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The match rate is lower than 100%, but I think 100% is impossible.  Anything to improve that would be great.

We get a lot of interest from parties, but they don't always inquire via a form.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Works really well. 
To justify the high spend on paid, email and other campaigns attribution is very imporant. The attribution can be made only when a users fills a form on the website.
To make sure decicion makers are visting the website to that you are attracting and nurturing ICPs.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Price. The intial pricie point is very high but now there are new price slabs available as low as $199 to get started.
The percentage of traffic identification is at 20-30% and US only.
Hopefully this will be availabe for APAC and Middle-east regions as well

Idenitfy users coming to the website. To make sure targeted traffic is coming to the website.

Great Real-Time Intent Signals to supercharge your Outreach activities. Real poeple coming to the website and seeking additional information about our products has helped in getting our outreach going out with the right content and context. The tool is easy to use, with a low learning curve and has great user adoption after the implementation and slack integration.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Would love to have the ability to do daily CSV exports, define our ICP to reduce the noise, also route alerts to Reps based on Account Name, Territory identified, Probably also get some additional context on visits like Topics the user has affinity towards.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B has significantly improved our ability to identify and understand our website visitors, turning anonymous traffic into actionable leads. The detailed insights provided by RB2B allow us to tailor our marketing efforts precisely, leading to more effective campaigns and better engagement. By leveraging visitor data, we have seen a noticeable increase in our conversion rates, as follow-ups are more targeted and relevant.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

We see about 10-15% of traffic convert. There is no integration with Salesforce yet. We've noticed some of the LinkedIn URLs to be incorrect. However, the RB2B support is quick and we expect traffic to convert at higher rates and data to be more accurate.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce integration will be huge. We'll be able to better manage the visitors and speed-to-lead converting

Easy to push leads to Slack. Simple UI that helped navigate easily.

Emails are very often not correct. Leads to additional work intergation for finiding emails.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Our founders and sales team LOVE our RB2B Slack integration. RB2B is easy to setup and integrate with Slack and now HubSpot. You can easily see who was on your website that fits your ICP, and if you follow up via LinkedIn or email, you will be surprised at the responses. I'm already working a few deals that were generated via RB2B Slack integration, and I'm surprised how quickly people responded when I reached out. Intent and timing is everything!

I wish the integration with HubSpot were a little deeper, but I'm sure optimizations will come over time.

Intent based signals so that Business Development can follow up with ICP prospects at the perfect time.

Only surfaces about 20-30% of website visitors
Looks like it pulls from the IP so sometimes I don't believe the visitor it surfaces is the actual person who visits your site

I've been using many other platforms to track website visitors but all of it has been not up to the mark. RB2B is the only tool that gives me user level tracking making my follow up and remarketing easier.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It has only slack integration. Our company works majorly with Ms teams so I hope they add teams integration soon.

So as a B2B SaaS firm our company does marketing across social media,  Google search and also work with PR agencies. We can't identify who are our website visitors that are our ICPs (ideal customer profiles ) and to identify them RB2B does a wonderful job.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B helps to see inbound leads who visit your website. The tool provides a detailed view of leads' LinkedIn accounts, corporate or personal email addresses, the companies they represent and sometimes even their cell numbers. Overall, I like this tool a lot, as it helped me schedule many demos.

There is nothing I dislike about RB2B. I truly like this tool, so nothing to complain about.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Having personal level data is the key to making intent useful. Being able to match a person or potential person to your website visitors in real time is a game changer. I have noticed it isn't always perfect, but no tool is.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The integrations that would make this most useful are still "coming soon". I look forward to utliizing more of the connections when they are avilalble and hope this isn't a "pay to play" scenario to attach each new integration.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Who is visiting our website down to the indiviudal has always been a struggle. What good is intent data if *someone* from a major company like Amazon is on your website. The manual approach to finding out the who and creating meaningful communication and hope you hit the right person is out of date with the personalization trend in marketing. By getting person level information right from the platform you can act quicker and convert browsers into a meaningful conversation.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B does something that I haven't seen any other software do. It can point you to a specific individual to target, regardless of whether they have filled out a form or are known in your database. This technology runs circles around intent providers by getting you to the specific individual rather than the standard cloudy view of "this company is engaging - reach out".

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

There are a lot of people that filter through who are not a good fit. If you don't have the right parameters in place, it can be quite noisy.

It takes intent data to the next step by giving you the individual that you should target. This results in more conversions, more pipeline and closed won revenue.

The level of detail it provides and the integration to Slack solves for context and urgency. It's great to be able to soft qualify a website visitor and also provide insight into what they are looking for. Overall it is is easy to use and very valuable.

I would like to see more integration options with apps like Zoho CRM and perhaps some other retargetting tools.

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

We have been able to get visiblity into who is viewing our website and this has been most useful for reengaging closed lost deals or old customers who are considering looking into our service again.

Integration with Slack via Zapier was easy in order to notify the AEs of website views and by adding an emoji we have the leads enrolled into a sequence in Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

A lot of the profiles that are coming through have old data associated with them e.g. old companies and not their most recent on their LinkedIn profile but this is a minor issue.

Seeing who is visiting our website and getting an indication of whether they are considering buying our services.

Honestly? the free portion. It equips us with what the information we need to be able to gain invaluable insights about our users and where their interests lie. The Pro portion is incredible for furthering those insights, but it doesn't get easier than installing a script, connecting Slack, and watching the information flow.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Nothing. For a free tool there's really not much to complain about. I think there are some accuracy issues with the right contacts at the account, but there's only so much ANY platform can do about that.

It's allowing us to better understand our top of funnel and gain insights into who is using our website in a way we weren't able to see before. This empowers us to know what of our campaigns are working without needing to wait for a form submission to gain a partial insight.

RB2B is useful in identifying the exact person who's visitng your website. Compared to other similar tools, RB2B helps us with the exact persona, which helps in our sales outreach. It also has integrations with Hubspot, Slack, Clay etc, which helps us organise the data properly

RB2B is limited to visitors from US. The visitors data can also be presented in much better ways, with more options of filtering.

Not much. The software is pretty new, thus many helpful features still have to be built. (E.g: getting history of how many pages people visited, to get more context)

The de-anonymize website traffic in the US.
It helps us capture information on high-intent leads that didn't book a meeting with our clients.

With the information, we can tailor our messaging better and re-engage visitors. These campaigns convert 4X better than pure cold outbound campaigns.

If it identified 100% of visitors and gave super robust analytics, I'd be doing jumping jacks. Oh - and more analytics and integrations would be super slick.
