## RB2B Reviews
 ### 1. Insightful Visitor Tracking Helping Solo Founders Generate Leads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B is a genuinely interesting and insightful tool for me as a solo founder running a consultancy. It lets me see who’s visiting my website and where they work (as long as they have a few required components active on their end), which is helpful for lead generation and business development.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The paid versions are expensive for a solo founder. While it does a good job at avoiding bots and similar noise, I’m fairly certain it isn’t collecting all the data it could (performance issue). It has a lo-fi UI/UX but that is by design - it's fine for me but i can tell its not for everyone.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B is helping identify specific companies, and in some cases specific people who visit my site. This is in concert with cold email outreach, Linkedin activity, etc that I am actively doing, so I can tell who is clicking on a link to my site, seeing my website, I can see what pages they go to, what they seemed to be interested in, and then address that on my end when I reach out to them. This type of insight is very valuable when working with a stranger.

 ### 2. Transforming Website Traffic into High-Intent Sales Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjay K. | Sales Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B stands out by identifying specific people visiting our website, not just anonymous companies. Getting real-time LinkedIn profiles pushed straight to Slack means our sales team can act fast, while potential leads are still engaged. The leads RB2B delivers are high-intent, making outreach much more productive—our team spends less time chasing bad fits and more time connecting with decision-makers who genuinely care.

Setup took just a few minutes, and integration with our CRM and Slack was seamless—no headaches there. I also appreciate that RB2B focuses on U.S.-based traffic, helping us stay compliant and confident with data use. Being able to filter our ideal customer profile is great: we can target by industry, company size, or even job title, getting us in front of exactly the right people.

Most importantly, RB2B doesn’t just deliver data—it delivers revenue. We’ve closed six-figure deals directly attributed to their leads, and sales cycles feel much shorter. If you’re serious about turning web traffic into real pipeline, RB2B is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

RB2B relies primarily on LinkedIn profile enrichment, occasionally some visitor data can be incomplete or missing—particularly for people who don’t keep their LinkedIn profiles up to date, or who visit from personal devices not linked to professional networks. There may also be noise from junior-level employees or contacts not matching your ideal buying persona, requiring a bit of additional filtering.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B solves the challenge of anonymous website traffic by revealing the real people behind visits with LinkedIn profiles delivered instantly to Slack. This lets our sales team reach out quickly, cutting sales cycles and boosting booked meetings.

Its filtering ensures we focus only on target decision-makers, improving conversion rates and outbound efficiency. Marketing also benefits by understanding who our campaigns attract, enabling more precise targeting.

By identifying only U.S.-based visitors, RB2B helps us avoid GDPR issues. Overall, it turns anonymous visits into actionable, high-intent leads that drive pipeline and closed deals.

 ### 3. Effortless Visitor Insights with RB2B

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aveem M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I like RB2B's Slack integration, it helps me stay on top of things by getting detailed visitor information on the go. I also appreciate getting detailed website visitor reports and a summary of how many times a person or company has visited my website. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 10-15 minutes.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It was able to track most of the visitors but some of them weren't tracked. Could be due to visitor's browser blocking it as well.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B helps me identify website visitors and track their actions, showing top pages and UTM parameters. It integrates with Slack, keeping me updated with visitor information on the go and providing detailed reports on repeat visitors.

 ### 4. Reliable Visitor Data Extraction That Delivers Quality B2B Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaw A. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It reliably extracts the info of our website visitors, which in B2B amounts to a quality lead for sales teams.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

nothing as of now, does what it's supposed to, no complaints.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's opened a new source of B2B Leads that we didn't know existed - our website visitors, who're never signing up, or filling a form, booking a demo, just checking us out and dissappearing - we get to reach back out to them.

 ### 5. Quality Contact Data and Clear Website Traffic Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Helps identify traffic to our site and provides quality data around those contacts

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The percentage identified is low, however, I do not believe this is a RB2B specific issue given the privacy standards in the US

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traffic identification, helping understand who is coming to our website and if it matches our ICP

 ### 6. Quickly Uncover Qualified Contacts To Your Site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa P. | Marketing Lead + Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

This tool will unlock new business for your sales team. We installed the RB2B pixel in March 2025, and as of August 2025 we have closed 5 large-scale deals, and many other smaller deals through the intel we're receiving. The tool is extremely easy to set up and integrate with Slack, and the data you receive is very accurate. We collect & follow up on inbound website visits daily.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The only downside is sifting through bot or spam traffic that may come through with invalid LinkedIn profiles or email addresses. This is a very minor task and would not prevent me from using RB2B.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uncovering who is visiting our website. We get little to no form fills from site visitors, so removing that friction is key to our inbound strategy.

 ### 7. Effortless Setup, Powerful Lead Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey D. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I appreciate RB2B's seamless setup process which was incredibly straightforward, allowing us to easily add the code to our site and integrate with existing tools. The software's ability to provide intent signals by identifying site visitors is invaluable, helping us understand who's interested in our services. The integration with Slack, HubSpot, and Apollo ensures that identified leads are efficiently passed into the right channels. I also find the pricing fair and the overall performance satisfying, which makes me happily subscribed.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

We don't see anything missing from the platform right now.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B helps us understand site visitors, providing intent signals for leads and spot potential new ones. It integrates with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Apollo, aiding our BD efforts and lead conversion.

 ### 8. Growth Marketing Lead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Growth Marketing Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Helps us identify our website visitors, allowing our team to respond and take appropriate action. If you understand basic webhooks, Clay.com and if you are able to connect this to your CRM - this tool gives you superpowers as a marketer.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It doesn't integrate with Zoho CRM, which is a drawback for us. I also wish there were more resources or guides available on how to synchronize this data with the rest of our tech stack. For example, if we were to handle the integration ourselves, it would be helpful to know which activities or modules we should focus on syncing with this tool.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unmask website visitors to add them into our existing sequences.

 ### 9. We decided to take inbound more seriously with anonymous visitors!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave M. | Chief Revenue Officer, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I like that RB2B has complimented very well with our tech stack, it sends notifications to our Slack channel of website visitors so that we can do the proper outreach based on where they landed.

Not only does it support our demand generation efforts, but it is also integrated with Clay to improve our CRM hygiene with enriched data.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I dislike RB2B's current limitation, which is that it only captures profiles from the United States.

Our business interacts with audiences in Latin America, and the inability to obtain information about these visitors can cause us to miss opportunities that could turn into potential business for both buyers and sellers.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we're solving with RB2B is precise and reliable data. Now, our conversations with website visitors are more insightful, leading to a higher conversion rate and value.

Our outbound team also benefits from this, as they can now approach prospects with actionable information.

 ### 10. Easy to implement - incorrect data sometimes

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B was easy to implement. No tech person needed. The integration worked perfectly out of the box, no mapping or filters needed. It is SO easy to connect with our website visitors on LinkedIn from the Slacks. The built-in alerts and Slack channel are perfect for out-of-box use with no lag time. We can see the relevant information immediately and know what to put in our first email based on their title and the pages they visited.

[Update]
You can now filter which visitors get pushed through to alerts/Slack and your CRM/MAP, so that's really nice not having your reps wade through non-ICP visitors.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I'm finding that visitor emails that R2B is providing can bounce, or LinkedIn profile URLs are empty/lead to a 404 linkedin page. We burn through our credits on non-ICP traffic. I wish we could only be charged for our ICP traffic.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can't typically see WHO is on our website unless we've cookied them before... so we can usually just know what company is on the site, which honestly isn't helpful.

 ### 11. Found exactly what we were looking for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max K. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

ability to get the insight on the type of a company website visitors. it was a breeze setting the whole thing up. free trial on all the features was extremely useful to try the product live and figure out the plan that would meet our needs. customer support was great, Slack integration was flawless. and Adam's content has helped steer our usage of the product in the right direction

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

there is no downfall or shortcoming in what the product promises. obviously we'd like to be able to identify worldwide visitors, but this constraint was stated loud and clear upfront - no issues there

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

understanding the nature of our site visitors

 ### 12. Boosted Sales Outreach with Actionable Visitor Insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler W. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B has become an invaluable tool for our sales and BDR teams. With its real-time visitor identification, we can now see who is engaging with our website, allowing us to reach out proactively and personalize our follow-ups. This has been a game-changer for us, especially since we’ve faced challenges with website conversion rates. Now, instead of guessing who might be interested, we have clear, actionable data that helps us target high-intent prospects and improve our outreach efforts significantly.

RB2B’s ability to capture detailed visitor data and directly deliver LinkedIn profiles to Slack empowers our team to act quickly. This streamlined approach has enhanced our lead generation process, saving time and improving efficiency.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The credit-based pricing model is a drawback. After the free trial of 700 credits, costs jump from about $100/month for 200 credits to nearly $400/month for 700 credits, which can run out quickly depending on traffic.

Additionally, we’ve noticed discrepancies in some profile data—occasionally, the profiles RB2B identifies don’t match when those same visitors fill out forms on our website, making it challenging to trust the accuracy fully.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B helps us identify anonymous website visitors, turning them into actionable leads for our sales and BDR teams. By delivering real-time LinkedIn profiles directly to our communication channels, it allows us to proactively reach out to prospects who are interacting with our site but not converting.

Benefits: This insight helps us bridge the gap in our sales funnel, improves our outreach timing and personalization, and ultimately boosts engagement rates by targeting high-intent prospects, addressing our issues with low conversion rates.

 ### 13. Great tool for flagging visitors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I like how you get the email of the people visiting, in addition to which website redirected them!

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It sometimes flags people like "school principal" which are really not relevant.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

seeing which people visit our website

 ### 14. A Game-Changer for Our Sales Pipeline: How RB2B’s Leads Boosted Our Conversions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Partnering with RB2B has been one of the most effective decisions we've made to elevate our sales strategy. Their leads are not just names on a list—they are high-quality opportunities that have helped us streamline our sales process and focus our efforts. With RB2B, we’re able to qualify potential clients earlier, saving time and energy for more meaningful interactions. Their data has been instrumental in guiding our outreach and has ultimately contributed to a significant increase in our conversion rates. I couldn’t be more impressed with how their service has strengthened our ability to pursue and close new business.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I wish they offered discounted pricing for non-profits

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B allows us to gain insights on who is visiting our website and what pages are being seen. For those visiting our membership pages, we now have a qualified list of leads to pursue.

 ### 15. Manager Business Development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor J. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I like the visibility and tracking of the individuals visiting our website. It's helpful to receive the notification in real-time to reach out to a prospect looking into similar technologies to our product offering since they tend to be buyers. It's also helpful to see how much traction we are getting to our site so we can continue to find way to improve traction to our website.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

There isn't anything I dislike about RB2B in my short time utilizing the software.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB@B is solving which companies and prospects we can be reaching out to for a warmer introduction as they are looking at software. It also helps us see how many individuals are coming to our website and what their role/ responsibilities are so we can continue to improve the number & quality of individuals coming to our website.

 ### 16. RB2B Highlights Unique Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It's hard to find a service that is able to track the users - not just the company - who land on your website. RB2B accomplishes this and the results are instant. What's more, it dives in deep to show you the exact pages that they land on, helping with page pathing and understanding user behavior.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I wish that it was able to capture more people, as well as set up parameters (maybe it can?) to omit tracking of certain users who don't meet specific criteria.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to find tools that tracked the companies landing on our website, but not specific users. RB2B was able to address this for us. It helped us with lead generation and reaching out to the right people at the companies we wanted to market to.

 ### 17. A must need tool for B2B Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry S. | CEO/ Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

~ Onboarding is smooth/ easy
~ Works great
~ Tracking is great
~ Integrations
~ Support

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

~ Some more tutorials
~ More clarity on referral channels

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me track users who visit our website. Ultimately helping us improve our B2B marketing efforts.

 ### 18. Almost Too Good to Be True?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck M. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Seeing the specific individuals coming to our website (and what content they are consuming) is a game changer for our outbound prospecting as well as insights for knowing who's coming to the website, what's driving them, etc.

The Slack integration makes it easy to see in real time. (Almost addicting to be honest!)

Ability to see what pages the user goes to during the visit (not just the first page). You just have to log in to see that.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Inability to exclude certain pages (e.g., customer login, 3-year-old blog post that drives a huge amount of unqualified traffic to the site, etc.).

Slack integration only shows you one page (first I think?) so have to log in to see how much content some consumes...big difference between someone going to a heavily trafficked blog post and bouncing vs. someone going to multiple platform pages.

Doesn't identify everyone. (I think they claim about 20% of US visitors). I know of people visiting it doesn't pick up so it does provide an incomplete picture of your traffic. But it's still better than anonymous company level data other solutions provide.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really solving two distinct challenges:

1. Understanding who is visiting our website at a granular level that we care about. We've had company-level tracking but our target customers are huge so knowing someone from Walmart visited isn't super helpful for outbound prospecting. But allows us to identify the exact people with the right titles consuming the right content to know who to target with outbound prospecting efforts (vs. 300 potential prospects in the Walmart example above.)

2. Understanding who is visiting our website that we don't care about. With company-level data we see great ICP fits and assume that someone who could influence or buy our solution is checking us out. What surprises me is how many of the people we see coming, even from great ICP companies. are people definitely unable to influence a purchase (sales reps from a company that wants to pitch us, the restaurant manager from a huge QSR brand who is likely researching a project for their child, etc.). Allows us to filter out false positives and get a better handle on who/what/why.

 ### 19. Game Changer Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

The best thing is how easy/quick it was to set up. Just add the RB2B script to your website, and it works instantly. I started getting linkedin profiles to my slack within 10mins (I just launched my Startup's MVP, so don't have too much traffic, I imagine sites with more traffic see profile almost instantly).

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I have been using RB2B for a few days now and have no compliants! This product is a game changer.

If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to add another tier to their membeship for early stage start ups like mine in the future ($10-20 per month). They do have an awsome free tier with 200 tokens monthly (get linkedin profiles pushed to slack). But it doesn't provide emails. I would pay 10-20 bucks a month to get emails in addition to linkedin.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B solves the problem of identifying visitors for my startup. I can then use the profiles and email to reach out to users and get feedback/develop new features they would be interested in. I am not using it for sales currently, but I can see how it is an extremely powerful tool for it.

 ### 20. Director Growth Marketing @ Prezent | ABM | SaaS growth marketer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahul H. | Director Growth Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B has been a game-changer for us. One of our biggest challenges was harnessing the vast amount of organic and paid traffic we generate, particularly in terms of identifying person-level intent data. With RB2B, we've effectively overcome this hurdle. The insights and precision provided by their platform have significantly boosted our ability to build a robust pipeline. Their solution has streamlined our process and enhanced our overall efficiency, making a notable impact on our business growth. Additionally, the ease of use is remarkable, with leads being seamlessly pushed to Slack, and the implementation process was straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

While RB2B has been incredibly beneficial in solving our challenges with person-level intent data, we are eagerly awaiting the promised integrations. The announcement of these integrations has been made, but they have yet to go live. We look forward to these updates, as they will further enhance the platform's capabilities and streamline our workflows even more.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B is solving the critical problem of harnessing the vast amount of organic and paid traffic we generate by identifying person-level intent data. This has been particularly challenging for us, but with RB2B, we've effectively overcome this hurdle. The platform's insights and precision have significantly boosted our ability to build a robust pipeline. Additionally, RB2B has streamlined our process and enhanced our overall efficiency by seamlessly pushing leads to Slack and offering an easy implementation process.

 ### 21. Excellent inbound-led outbound for B2B / Enterprise SaaS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B helps de anonymize website visitors. We've found it to be a helpful tool to provide us with timely intelligence on who we should be targeting for outbound propsecting.

We've compared other tools, and find RB2B to be significantly ahead of the competition and are impressed by their overall pace of development.

Fwiw, the tool was very easy to set up and start using.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Two main problems with the visitor identification today:
- Relatively low share of visitors are identified (maybe <20%)
- A lot of noise that's hard to filter out. For example, we've turned off RB2B tracking on our Jobs and Careers page, but these people are still showing up on our RB2B reports, as they visit other web pages

General dashboarding within the RB2B site could be much improved:
- While other integrations are nice, the core dashboarding of visitors in the RB2B site could be greatly improved. For example, it's not possible to filter all your visitors cleanly there based on the fields tracked in RB2B. If this was improved, we would be very grateful.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using RB2B, we were not able to identify web visitors. RB2B has helped us de anonymize these visitors, allowing us to conduct informed outbound campaigns that have been helpful for our prospecting motion.

 ### 22. Maybe has potential, but right now low coverage compared to other services we use

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Of course, it’s enticing to know the actual contact from an account who visited.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Very low coverage and low accuracy compared to Clearbit, Leadfeeder and Apollo.

RB2B identifies mostly very irrelevant contacts at accounts that are not picked up by any of the other three - so in this case, the "net new" is not a good thing!

For us, so far, there's a lot of noise. I edited this review and downgraded my rating as I continue to use RB2B. I'd suggest, triangulate the RB2B data with your form fills, demo appointments, etc. Test the data and see how many of the contacts are truly valid. I have seen wildly incorrect matching in RB2B. It seems like a cool concept if they can improve the matching.

I see other people say they're getting results from RB2B and that's great for them, but for us, 90% of the few relevant and accurate contacts identified by RB2B are people we're already talking and demoing with.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not enough relevant and accurate data beyond what we get from competitor services, to see enough benefits yet.

 ### 23. True visitor deanonymization at a great value!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul A. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

- Value
- Contact-level traffic deanonymization
- Responsive team

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

- We've had issues with the Salesforce integration

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RB2B we didn't know who was visiting our site, and now we're able to unmask 25-40% of site visitors.

 ### 24. A Must-Have for Product Marketers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirill K. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B is awesome because it gives person-level data on website visitors (names, titles, and emails). We have a bunch of other tools for intent and company info, but RB2B’s ability to capture visitor details is unmatched. It is super valuable.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

There are two things that I dislike. First, if you integrate RB2B with HubSpot, RB2B will overwrite existing contacts with new data, which is not always accurate and we can't make that happen. There's a way to set up webhooks to pull the info only when a new contact is created but that really limits us. Second, the ICP filtering isn’t ideal—you can’t apply all the filters consistently, so you'll end up getting irrelevant signals. Despite these, I love RB2B and think fixing these points would make it even better.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify website visitors and add them to HubSpot email sequences

 ### 25. Easy Setup and Onboarding, but Not 100% Accurate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wes M. | Director of Sales and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Love the slack integration out of the box. Makes it easy to see when new visitors are on your website. Very easy to implement with quality guidance as well.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Accuracy and scope. Granted, like any tool of this ilk, they will never have perfect coverage of anonymous web traffic, so I understand the problem, but it feels like we ID so few of our users that it's difficult to see a significant ROI. It falls into the interesting, nice-to-have category, but not a must have.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letting us know who some of the anonymous visitors are that are hitting our site, and then distributing that knowledge to our Sales & Marketing Teams.

 ### 26. Best Software

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit A. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

We recommed RB2B to all our clients, its the best software we have used so far. Its the one of the best tool I have used so far. I am recommending to my clients too.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

We likes overall support. Its the great tool lor lead gen. At this time the User interface is not that amazing. I can expect a much better response on that.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were getting more leads daily and prospecting new leads and closing them. Its a great tool. Amazing tool for any company size to scale the sales processes and fill up the pipeline. Its worth the investment and spend on this tool.

 ### 27. Solid tool with room for growth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B excels in identifying individual visitors on our website, not just the companies, which significantly enhances our outreach efforts. The setup process is straightforward, and the integration with Slack for real-time alerts is particularly helpful for our sales team. The free plan is also a good introduction to the platform’s capabilities, making it accessible for initial trials.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The main downside is the limited coverage, as it often identifies only a small percentage of visitors, primarily from the US. This limits its usefulness for businesses with a global audience. Additionally, the pricing jump from the free plan to the paid versions is quite significant, which might be a hurdle for smaller businesses. Lastly, while they have many integrations, some key ones are still in development, limiting its functionality in more complex tech stacks.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B is tackling the challenge of anonymous website visitors, which has traditionally made it difficult for businesses to identify potential leads. By providing detailed, person-level identification, RB2B helps us turn anonymous traffic into actionable insights. This allows our sales team to focus on high-value prospects who have already shown interest in our offerings, leading to more effective and personalized outreach. As a result, we’ve seen improvements in our lead conversion rates and a more efficient sales process overall.

 ### 28. Great insight into your website's visitors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate T. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B is very easy to install, starts capturing users immediately, and provides good insights into who is visiting your site. I love the feature that identifies LinkedIn profiles and lets you easily connect. I'm also a huge fan of RB2B's free tier model since we don't get enough traffic to justify paying a high-cost for this software. The matchrate is about 20% of our users, which is pretty standard for this type of tool. We have already had one conversation with a user from RB2B that has led to a proposal.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The biggest downside is that not all contacts showing in the platform are accurate. We have run a few tests and done a few outreaches that indicate the people identified in the platform are not the actual people visiting the site, but there is someone from that company visiting the site. So a little wires getting crossed, but still worth it.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B helps us better identify the users coming to our website. The biggest benefits have been growing our LinkedIn networks and we have gotten one proposal conversation out of the tool in 45 days of usage.

 ### 29. Great, easy to deploy website visitor intelligence platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Marketing Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Extremely easy to set up and the support has been out of this world. Once we were set up and integrated with slack, we immediately started seeing notifications coming in every day. Extremely valuable to see who is visiting our website so we can help them get the services they need.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Honestly nothing I can think of right now. Everything has been extremely useful for us. They have a free trial. If you're skeptical, go ahead and give that a try.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of SaaS' most consistent pain points is identifying your target audience. RB2B helps with that by showing you who is actually visiting your site so you can build profiles around them

 ### 30. Can’t believe this tool is free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xan M. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

We are still using the free version of RB2B and I'm in love. We plan to upgrade once we run out of credits, but I still can't believe how easy it was to set up. The leads are invaluable to us and the ease at which we can connect RB2B to Zapier to trigger messaging, etc. is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I only wish they could identify more of the profiles. I believe we get an average of 40% of US visitors identities. We have a surprising amount of site visitors from out of country (and we market to people in the UK), so I wish we could get their data as well.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us realize who is potentially interested in our offering and how we can get them into a marketing funnel.

 ### 31. Fantastic way to capture more intent prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac M. | Placement Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

-Great way to see profile-level info on who is visiting your website (esp. specific pages)

-Using RB2B as a way to help clients get more clarity into WHO is engaging with their content

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

There are no major downsides from RB2B itself. The challenge is always how to use the data in a meaningful way.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B helps us identify profile-level prospects for our clients (and see which pages in particular they are looking at).

The value here goes beyonbd the sales opportunities and extends to being able to gather data around trends and report them to clients for their other branding and marketing efforts.

 ### 32. Site visitor identification that actually works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

- Takes less than 5 minutes to set up
- Many automation options & user guides
- Endless use cases for all business types
- Helpful for ABM efforts

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

- Legal concerns with GDPR. They do claim since they don't serve the EU, it's okay, but I think you'll need to block the script from running if you have EU audiences.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying High-Intent Prospects/Leads or VCs: Just better insights into the types of people or companies looking at your site
Personalization: You can see what page they were looking at, so can tailor outreach accordingly (interested more in your product offering A, rather than offer B)
Campaign efficacy: See if your campaigns/ads/ABM efforts are effectively reaching the companies/job titles you want
Multi touch: Since you have their LinkedIn & Email you can hit them with a linkedin invite & email

 ### 33. Best intent data capture Platform at affordable price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag K. | Director- Growth Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Its ability to capture the user level data which many platforms like leadfeeder, clearbit n all could not do. This is an awesome feature altogether.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Less integration options where I can combine various platforms directly rather than going via Zapier. And it captures only US data, why don't you look at adding more countries like Canada , UK, Australia , Singapore etc.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying the users visiting our website. We saw many prospects visiting the website but signup numbers were not increasing proportinally.
Rb2b is a helpful platform to fill this gap & utilize top of the funnel leads to a greater extent

 ### 34. Money Maker

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boris B. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

RB2B is a perfect money maker tool that provides good and clean data. In comparison with other tools that identify site visitors RB2B filters out all the old, outdated, unqualified data. By setting up your ICP it allows you to even further filter the list of indentified accounts which means cleaner campaigns with higher conversion rate.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything about it, but I can provide a suggestion. Not all users are technical, so it might be useful to have direct integrations with tools like Zapier, Make, or Monday.com. Yet, I had no problem setting everything up using webhooks.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RB2B along with CRM, Email, and LinkedIn automation which resulted in 10% in new leads.

 ### 35. See WHO is on your website

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Although RB2B is designed as a sales tool, I like to use it as a marketing app. The ability to see who is visiting our website helps me confirm if our marketing demand targeting is working. Its a good check against that targeting data we use. We can see the linkedin profiles so we can match those against the job roles and other attributed we target.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

You are not able to filter the data by source. It would be great to see what drove that visitor to your website. Their may be ways to do this with deeper integrations, but we just use the Slack the integration.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand who is visiting our website. This allows us to make sure we are spending our marketing dollars effeciently to attract the right people to our site.

 ### 36. We have been using RB2B for about a month now and we love it, very accurate information!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell N. | Director of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It is an easy way to find possible intent data on our product. My reps use it at the end of each day to compile a list of folks to call the following day. Thus far we have booked four meetings since we began use in mid-May. We love the ease of use as well as the daily recap that we received.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The only downside that we have realized thus far is that a lot of people visit our site that are not within our ICP, so we need to do work to clean the leads for us to call. However, this would be the same with any similar tool.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is allowing us to build intent lists based on prospects that visit our site directly. We are also able to get Linkein details from them for future outreach should a direct call/email be unsuccessful. Before RB2B only used ZoomInfo for our intent data, but that was never realtime and it was a general search for CMMS software, now we are able to connect with people in a faster amount of time and we know that they are familiar with our brand.

 ### 37. Game changing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anirudh P. | Growth Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

While outbound still favours my pipeline as we sell into enterprise and publicly traded accounts, having visitor identity is really eye opening. Keeping aside all vanity metrics, response rates are amazing. And when you cold call the prospects who visited your website, it isn't technically a cold call, idea is simple behind RB2B but inception and execution is really good.
I have not tried integrations with Clay and other tools as of now, but the data it provides has turned out to be very accurate and helpful for reaching out.
There is a manual effort involved, but another useful thing I have found is that after I launch email campaigns, I can match people who have visited the website after they received my email, and if they did not respond, reaching out with perspective that they know us now makes things easier.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I understand why only US visitor data is accessible as of now but it would be great if visitors from other countries like India can be included

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor level identity help outreach by a lot.

Here's how they supercharge your pipeline: They can help you retarget not just to the account/company domain that visited your website. But the actual *person*.
Imagine 500 people visit your website last month. Now you can launch a super targeted campaign towards them.

Plus their free plan value is just great like Apollo.io

 ### 38. Great product. Amazing data

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kushal K. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Data is very useful and unique. We've used other pricey tools but they fail to provide visitor-level data. Additionally the team's effort to create guides and how-tos on leveraging this data to achieve specific business goals is priceless.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

While the data is great and can be used for multiple insights, the business case promoted may to may not fit your product and its audience. We struggle to engage with a technical audience via Linkedin or email outbound.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data made available via rb2b is not available via ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, or most of the other tools we've used.

 ### 39. This is groundbreaking stuff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit Ashwini B. | VP of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It's unbelievably accurate compared to anything out there in its space. Being able to locate and identify the leads browsing our most important pages along with their Linkedin profiles is something that was unheard of before. This alone deserves 10 on 10 for them.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

So far its able to identify the traffic only from the US. That's a bit of downer for us as we get a lot of traffic from outside the US.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an understanding of our website visitors along with their demographic, work and location details but RB2B goes a step beyond. It's helping uncover and deanonymyze those website visitors and in real time providing their Linkedin profiles and email addresses. Our sales process is so targeted and optimized now. Being able to identify all those anonymous website visits and put real faces to them is truly legendary stuff. Kudos to the team.

 ### 40. Easiest and most effective site visitor ID platform for B2B SaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Vice President of Demand Generation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

The slack integration is without a doubt the #1 feature. I am able to quickly add people on linkedin and reach out to invite them to a webinar or get them in a demo depending on the page they visited.

I was also really easy to set up. It took about 15 minutes and we were running.

I use it at least 5 times per day.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

The total % of visitors ID'd is a bit lower then some competitors, but most competitors are less accurate in my experience to it all shakes out.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RB2B is helping me understand who is visitng my website. I am able to sue this information to push them into demos and/or send them relevant content.

 ### 41. Rb2b has improved how we identify and engage with our website visitors.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

The ability to push full LinkedIn profiles of visitors to Slack in real-time has significantly enhanced our lead generation efforts. The setup was incredibly straightforward, taking less than five minutes, and the data accuracy is impressive. Knowing the exact individuals, not just companies, who visit our site has allowed us to craft highly targeted and timely outreach.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

While effective, RB2B currently tracks only US traffic.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rb2b addresses the challenge of anonymous website visitors by providing real-time identification at the person level, rather than just the company level. This allows businesses to access full LinkedIn profiles of their visitors, pushed directly to Slack. The benefit is a more precise and timely lead generation process, enabling highly targeted and effective outreach. For us, this has translated into improved engagement with potential clients, leading to higher conversion rates and more efficient sales operations.

 ### 42. Best tool to know who is visiting your website.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Ecommerce Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Real time notifications about the visitors along with their LinkedIn profile. This makes it easy to track your visitors and also optimize your campaigns.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It's only available in USA. Hopefully EU starts allowing this soon.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RB2B we did not have a clear understanding of website visitors. With this, we know exactly who is visiting our website. With LinkedIn profiles shared we can reach out to them directly making our sales cycle much shorter.

Now that we know who is visiting our website, we are able to optimize our campaigns as well.

 ### 43. My lead generation has increased 15% since I started using RB2B

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica J. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

The ability to immediatly receive your website vistors LinkedIn and conact information has been life changing and use it daily. These are leads who I would've never known they were interested otherwise. I've also had a shockingly high response rate and lead conversion. Another amazing feature is the integration with Slack which is easy to set up. I'm able to immediatly see these come in and reach out promptly. If I ever have an issue it's quickly resolved by the customer service team.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I've had a wonderful experience using this platform. No complaints! :)

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to retrieve contact information for leads and RB2B solves this problem by providing it for me without any effort on my end. It also allows me to view the vistors on my website which I would've never had access to otherwise!

 ### 44. Best Free Sales Tool I've Ever Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Whenever running a startup, you need to be as efficient as possible when it comes to lead gen on a shoestring budget.

RB2B is the best tool that has helped us with prospecting! It just automatically send the LinkedIn profile of everyone that visits your site.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Very little. Because we are increasing the number of traffic to our site, we are running out of credits. Again, if this is the only thing to complain about, I don't think its much of a downside.

i also wish they had credit block lists on accounts. For example, I don't want to waste a credit on my own LinkedIn account because I visited my website.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with our sales prospecting. It accurately targets anyone who visited our website and shares LinkedIn info

 ### 45. Excellent resource for high traffic websites and businesses under development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime B. | Chief Operations Officer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It provides a clear set of information from the people that are visiting your website and makes it very easy to engage through LinkedIn or email with the posibility to personalize your outreach to be more likely to have a conversation. It also helps small businesses with their total free plan so you can test the tool first and decide if pay for it it's worth it.

They explain in easy way how to integrate the tool with other apps to have the leads comming right away for an every day use.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

Setting up the tool can be complicated for people that doesn't have minimal IT knowledge, but their customer support and guides do the job.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps you identify high intent leads as they are visiting your website, from there you already have an advantage

 ### 46. RB2B identifies contacts visiting our website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

The set up was very quick. The most useful feature for me as a Marketing Manager is identifying the contact on our website and sending a notification via slack about the contact's name, job title, and their linkedin profile. From now on, sales can take over the qualified contacts and reach them with personalized sales message. It also allows us to be aware of the competitors, current clients, and other types of personas on our website doing their research.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I would welcome if more of the contacts could get identified. On average, we receive up to dozen contacts per day. I have also noticed that some of the contact information sometimes do not match, the current employer, the linkedin profile, etc. I would also welcome more integrations, with Teams, for example.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier, it is helping us determine if potential client is scrolling our website. From now on, marketing or sales department can take over and reach the contact appropiately to discover their incetives.

 ### 47. Magic tool - never seen some like it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal W. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I've been in marketing for over 20 years and I've never seen a tool that gives the kind of immediate knowledge about my audience. Super easy to install and you get immediate results.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I wish there was a way to filter ICP so I can distinguish different audiences.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

rB2B gives you visibility into who is on your website at the exact moment that they are there. It only covers US audience and only about 30% of visitors. But even the small number it gives you is pretty valuable.

 ### 48. The B2B Marketers Best Friend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin L. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

It's a super-unqiue platform that offers some of the best B2B insights on web visitors available. This is cutting-edge tech that enables growth marketers to gain even better insights!

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

My only concerns are around the accuracy of the information, as some cases web visitors look to not be aligned at all to our ICP, which makes me concerned. Though that could just mean that we need to be writing more content that aligns to ICP :)

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping identify anoynmous visitors, which is incredibly impactful!

 ### 49. Basically A No Brainer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Performance Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

Prior to spinning up RB2B, we didn't have any tools in our tech stack focused on site visitors. Getting the pixel added and the Slack channel connected was tremendously easy, and it's SO satisfying watching the visitors roll in. It's awesome that visitors come in with source, and the connection to LinkedIn creates a really easy path to taking action. Adding a tool to your tech stack can be daunting in a lot of ways, but everything about getting this stood up has been great!

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

It sounds really cliche, but so far, I haven't found anything I don't like about RB2B.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starting to gather insights around the composition of our audience gives us a really great directional insight around the efforts we're making as a marketing team.

 ### 50. Great B2B Lead Tool that integrates seamlessly with Slack. Instant results and easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam H. | Inbound/Content Marketing Associate, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about RB2B?**

I love how it works in Slack - a channel that shows all of the nitty gritty details on the lead, their position, company revenue, email, easy to click to head to their website/LinkedIn, etc. What page they landed on is fantastic as well. I'm glad I know of this company and lead gen tool.

Super easy to set up and the support emails make you feel like they're always there if you have a question.

Easy to use and great to see the results.

**What do you dislike about RB2B?**

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about RB2B - everything is awesome.

**What problems is RB2B solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are showing a seamless flow of leads/visitors coming to our website without me really having to do much at all. I can easily see who is visiting our site, where they are visiting, all of their info like revenue, position, LinkedIn profile, which I would normally have to do my search on myself. Having the emails already there (if business emails) is fantastic and I don't need to use another tool to scan emails.
