(At least at first) Customer service was always readily available even if they had no clue what was needed to solve an issue. **What do you dislike about RazorSync?** I learned very quickly that Quickbooks was not as integrated as I was led to believe. I had to do a lot of manual entries which was time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering RazorSync:** I would suggest you go with Service Titan. Pay the extra to get what you need. **What problems is RazorSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** It never solved anything.
