What do you like best about Razorpay?

- Razorpay offers multiple languages support in the payment gateway. Users can choose the desired language to be displayed with.

- Integration of Razorpay is easy and compatible with websites, applications and at stores.

- Coming to UI, the payment UI is attractive and aligned. We can navigate from one payment method to Another payment method without hassle. The refresh happens only within Razorpay UI, not the whole webpage.

- Razorpay offers different payment methods such as Debit card, Credit card, UPI, QR, and Pay Later

- Razorpay has a high success rate in payments. And user will get an update with invoice mail at every step with detailed information.

- If a transaction fails, Users can track that failed payment by logging into their account to see their refund.

What do you dislike about Razorpay?

The downside of Razorpay is that, sometimes, the transaction holds and is in pending status. This issue is observed when we scan the QR code and make a payment. What problems is Razorpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Razorpay, We had fewer payment options to choose from and pay. But after Razorpay was introduced, it offered different payment methods for users. This increased our efficiency, and users are interested in using Razorpay and making payments. Businesses can use Razorpay as their payment solution without building their own payment software. It benefits me in my online payments and helps sellers and buyers display a clear picture. Coming to in-store, Nowadays, Every customer prefers digital payments to pay.
