The best thing is that its safe to use, has a lot of integrations, API, webhooks, multiple payment options available for my customers. The tool itself is easy to use, and implementing it for the first time is very easy. But when you are creating the account for the first time, you'll have to go back and forth with their customer support a lot because they keep so many crucial features locked for the new users. The worst part is when they update their UI/UX. Whenever they update their app, they make it worst. Also, if you are a new useer, you'll be frustrated 24/7. Razorpay has a host of services which makes it very easy to collect payments - from payment gateway on Shopify website, to QR codes, to a dedicated payment link. We have primarily been using the Razorpay PG on our website, and have rarely faced any issues. It was very easy to set up, we had someone from their team guide us through the entire process. We use Shopify, and integration was seamless. The dashboard is also easy to use and very intuitive. The fees the charge is also very competitive, one of the lower ones we could find. We also used RazorPay Magic Checkout for a while, which had some excellent features to reduce RTOs. RazorPay Payroll also is an excellent, comprehensive payroll software for small businesses.
