I have now been using the tool for more than 1.5 years and what I have found out time and again is that their support system is really slow and most of the time not useful. Especially, technical support has not been able to resolve a single ticket that I have raised over these years. Agents reply to you until a certain time with standard canned replies. After that, they simply do not respond.

Their escalation channels do not work either. I have escalated cases via their website, raised it to my SPOC, looped in their product managers and have even tried mailing their co-founder to get my voice heard. However, nothing seems to work.

Just to give you an example, there are two recent cases that I am stuck with. I have asked for the cancellation of my corporate card that I have with them. It has been 3 weeks now and nobody has reached out to me that too after periodic follow-ups in between. I know it will be cancelled one way or the other but I just wanted to highlight how much of your time it will take to finally get a resolution. The other one is a technical concern that I raised about 3 months ago. The usual agents had stopped replying and I had to channel the query through my SPOC. I have still not heard of any advancements on the case neither have they given any tentative timeline on when I can expect a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Razorpay integrates seamlessly with other platforms. I use it to generate invoices and receive payments from my international clients. It is a lot of hassle to activate international card payments on the platform. The PayPal integration is also creating problems - I can't receive payments even though it shows that it is activated.
