Razorpay has lots of Payment modes in it, but what is unclear is the terms and conditions of these payment modes and their charges - an easier interface explaining the same would be a great feature. We faced an issue on this when we added a payment mode but later came to know that a customer using this payment mode could not return products ! It has easy onboarding process where you have to provide personal details with busines details with kyc documents for fast activation. Once you enter details they verify the details and activate account within a day or week. Whatever your business type it doesn't matter. If you are accepting payments from customers against products, as subscription, fees, or as donation then it will help you to collect payments from your customers or users easily in various methods. It has test mode before activation where you can test it's features and understand them well. On every step you will get feature details, it's benefits, uses and many more to use the feature easily. You can provide your customers various payment methods like debit or credi card, net banking, wallet, UPI or qr code, pay later, etc in a single platform. You can create payment pages, payment links, invoices through which customers pay their bills. Will free plan it takes 2% charges of collected funds. It doesn't take any monthly or annual maintenance fees. You can activate or deactivate payment methods as per your choice. Easy to integrate with woo-commerce store, Shopify, etc. You can also use API key in your website to provide payment gateway to your customers without leaving your website. Once you face any technical issues then you have to create tickets with your issues and their team takes sometime to resolve the issue. UPI or QR code payments should be without charges.
