What do you dislike about RazorLex Law Practice Management Software?

The Matter and Sub-Matter/project structure needs to be refined further for it to become more useful. We do require it to use, however the structure needs to be more eloborate so that a true parent - child realtionship between the Matter and the Sub-Matter could be tightly mantained. What problems is RazorLex Law Practice Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily besiness of recording the Activities of the counsel is done, bills draft and fnal, are very easily generated, E-invoicing is just a breeze, records of payments against the bills etc. easily maintained. RazorLex has proven very useful. We can easily create, assign and manage task; due-date reminders and progress tracking ensure that our tasks are always on schedule. I liked that the software was streamlined and relatively easy to use. It was not terribly complicated compared to other law practice software I have used. It generally functioned well and clearly laid out your options as to what you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software lacked more than just the basics. It really was just basic software with little to no innovation. In addition, it seemed to lack a general understanding of the kinds of features a small practice or solo practitioner needs in their practice software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a small firm or solo practitioner who also uses other accounting software, other marketing tools, other online services to manage their practice, this might be right for you. The software allowed our small practice to calendar appointments and keep track of billing and expenses, however, this was not any more innovative than any other program. Although the program did what it set out to do, it just lacked the grace and appearance of professional software, not to mention additional features to set it apart from other software.
