**What do you like best about Raxco vSphere?**

Easy to use and manage. Administrators are able to perform tasks faster.

**What do you dislike about Raxco vSphere?**

The only thing I don't like a lot is the update time.

**What problems is Raxco vSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to virtualize workloads previous unable to virtualize.

**What do you like best about Raxco vSphere?**

If you have slow boot times or complex maintenance plans to deploy; this is the solution you are looking for.  Defraging is generally a no brainer for IT admins, unless you are managing thin clients or servers that are always in use.

Perfectdisk for vSphere allows for defraging of the boot sector while a session or user is logged in.  This solution made an immediate impact on performance in our thin clients.

**What do you dislike about Raxco vSphere?**

SSD optimization feature is something we did not implement due to controversy over the benefits vs the number of writes used

**Recommendations to others considering Raxco vSphere:**

Highly recommended.

**What problems is Raxco vSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented this to address client and server performance issues and it has far and away exceeded expectations.  I also use and love the duplicate file finder and believe this has had a big impact on space and performance in our networks.
