RawTherapee is a great open-source solution for processing RAW files. It has an extensive array of features and a unique processing pipeline that lets files be queued for processing later with many export format choices. By saving an image "profile" and not the image itself, all files remain unedited and in their original format. Batch processing may be the most powerful function; defining operations and applying them to all images ensures each image is processed in a consistent way.
