Rawdly is all-in-one daycare management software built for small childcare centers, preschools, and licensed in-home / family daycares (5 to 50+ children). It replaces paper sign-in sheets, CACFP meal notebooks, and group texts with one simple platform for digital attendance, real-time classroom staff-to-child ratio monitoring, daily activity reports (meals, naps, diapers), private photo and video sharing, parent messaging, and tuition invoicing. Pricing is transparent and per-child with no minimum monthly fee: • Free for 1 Year: Every new center gets all Pro and compliance features 100% free for their first 12 months (no credit card required). • Freemium Plan ($0 forever): Free forever for 1 center with up to 10 enrolled children, including attendance, daily reports, parent messaging, staff roles, billing & invoicing, and analytics. • Pro Plan (from $1.99/child/month, or $1.59/child/month billed annually): Unlimited children, several centers on one plan and one bill, AI-drafted incident reports from voice memos, AI allergy alerts, USDA CACFP weekly menu planning with meal-pattern compliance checks, 30-day License Inspector PDF exports (WA WAC 110-300 seeded), and Washington State WCCC / DCYF SSPS subsidy exports. Rawdly includes a web dashboard for directors and teachers plus a free iOS and Android mobile app for parents in 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, Canadian French, and Arabic.
