RaveReply writes a reply to every Google review in a local service business's own voice. It is built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing shops. When a new review lands, RaveReply drafts a reply from the owner's past replies and learns from every edit; the owner approves it from a phone and it posts to their Google Business Profile. Nothing posts without approval unless the owner turns on automatic sending for 5-star thank-yous. It also drafts replies for the backlog of old unanswered reviews, helps owners ask every customer for a review by email, text template or QR code, and includes a free scan of local Google ranking across 25 points in the service area. Plans: Pro $24/month for one location (14-day free trial), Storefront $39/month adds weekly Google posts, photos and holiday hours, and Crew $19 per location for multi-location shops and agencies.
