The seamless process and ease of navigating the platform for families really helps us as a school provide great service to our propsective families. **What do you dislike about Ravenna?** I wish we could still make changes to our application once the application season is locked, especially if we have to pivot and have to start requiring a new document in mid-season. **What problems is Ravenna solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ravenna allows us to remove the transactional communications from our team having to do and allows our team to have transformational interactions with our families. With Ravenna, we are able to allow the system to send out emails asking families to complete their admission application while we can share the value proposition to families. ### 2. We still have to use a different platform for enrollment and financial aid, which makes the overall process feel more fragmented than it should. **What problems is Ravenna solving and how is that benefiting you?** They’re adding longitudinal data, which is great because it means we won’t have to track it ourselves in a spreadsheet. ### 3. It benefits our school by adding those people in so we can easily reach out to them. ### 5. This software makes time in the classroom much easier than you could imagine. **What do you dislike about Ravenna?** Depending on what you are looking for, it doesn't break down very easily. I wish it was more specialized for my particular grade level/content area. **Recommendations to others considering Ravenna:** If you are working in education, this is a program to consider. With all of the paperwork and other tasks that are completed as a teacher, this program makes your life much easier. You will like what you get out of this program. **What problems is Ravenna solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to organize all that is needed at a given time. I have been able to organize what is needed not only on a daily basis but also for future tasks needed to be completed. I can easily share my information to a fellow teacher/administrator. ### 6. My 6th grader now was able to navigate through k-12 suite with basic instruction. **What do you dislike about Ravenna?** The downside about K-12 suite was the customer service.
