I've sat here for a good 10 minutes trying to think of an area where Raven could improve, and truly, I can't think of one. I used to be very under-impressed with their keyword research tool, but they have recently upgraded that to show more info. There was also a time when the dashboard was very clunky, but they've redesigned everything to be compact and easy to access. If there was ONE THING that I would love, it would be a mobile app, or at least have the tool be mobile friendly so that you can access the dashboard on the go.
