A FLUTTERING EXPERIENCE **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Osarogiuwa O. | Parts Sales Representative (TSR), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024 **What do you like best about Flutterwave?** Well for starters its the fact that i can do all my payments with payment solution with ease , which covers a wide range of indistry, from healtcare, to gaming and sporting or just standard bill payments, Flutterwave makes it seamless and more importantly is that when there are issues, the resolve time is actually commendable. i definitely use it alot **What do you dislike about Flutterwave?** not to sound cliche, but there isnt much not to like, but if i must say anything its the fact that on very rare occasions there are cut offs in transaction where you dont get an acknowledgment of payment whereas the said payment may have gone tru or sometimes stuck midway and you have to escalate if refund is not done immediately. **What problems is Flutterwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** while i was in Africa, i couldnt get internatinal card to pay for certain platform product such as apple music, sportify and a few other coporations, Flutterwave made it poosible to purchase internationally with their virtual card hence bridging the gap between buyer and seller. ### 2. The new feature allows live verification in five minutes making it the best payment provider in Africa and the rest of the world **What do you dislike about Flutterwave?** There is a lot of charges on every transaction which discourages most merchants from opting in the services, the charge transaction on every transaction that comes in, and still, they will charge on every transfer of a payout making charges to 11% almost **What problems is Flutterwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RAVE to accept payments from our customers and supporters of our Organization across the globe, create payment links that enable us to collect payment even without a website. We can now accept recurring donations, send invoices to our supporters and the software has benefited our company in terms of payment security because of role-based features ### 6. Has increased the sales of our products and services and having multiple currencies, help us in collecting a lot of money from different currencies in one place ### 7.
