What do you like best about Rave CTMS?

Dynamic forms as well as Dynamic events, and the ability to create complex edit checks and custom functions are some of the main reasons for choosing this system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rave CTMS?

Their "known issues" seem unending and rather than implement permanent fixes, the issues remain. Some issues are mentioned in their initial training, however, the specific details and ramifications and also the potential cost to you for a work-around "fix", are not discussed at that time. Recommendations to others considering Rave CTMS:

Medidata - Rave can be static and remain in "their ways" rather than going above and beyond to satisfy their customers/clients. Maybe this is only our experience as we are not a super-major user, and probably one of the "smaller" customers they have. We have had to pay for several issues/fixes which the company confirms are "known issues". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rave CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Large studies, projects, and studies with multiple sites and global sites are now being data managed within Rave. This continues to open the doors for bigger clients and projects into our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
