Reputation management falls into the marketing category for many practices and companies. That can mean that it's required that you sign up for a large suite of products, even if you just want this one function. Rater8 does what I believe is essential to be the best at something - stay focused on your core competency. They do an excellent job of understanding Google, WebMD, Vitals, etc. platforms, and has excellent support that helps maximize your presence. The people behind it: professional, dedicated, and fun to work with. They made the integration with our EMR system easier than expected.
