But I learned today that functionality has been added! I'm very happy. **What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rater8 helps us grow our online reviews. Prior to the platform we had lower overall ratings online. ### 2. IMO, rater8 survey data is more valuable than an NPS score unless comparing yourself to Apple and Tesla makes you feel good. The insights gleaned via benchmarking by doctor/location and question type is an administrator and COO's dream. pollin8 is the most powerful and effective review builder on the market hands down. Please understand that I have no incentive to write this, I just think people should know not all systems are created equal and if your goals are to improve operationally and perfect your reputation from the inside out, just give the free trial a shot and you'll never even consider switching (we averaged less than 1% churn during my three years there). **What do you dislike about rater8?** As one of the reps once said, "I feel like I'm in the desert, holding out water as folks walk by me quenched for thirst, I see how much this water can help them, I'm not asking for any money, yet they refuse to take the water". I'd like folks to understand that we live in the information age, but oftentimes this information is curated by companies, the big players in the market who have the power to tell you what's important. Focus internally on your practice first. Build a website. Then add reputation management. Once you have those three, feel free to do whatever marketing projects your heard desires, but paying for a billboard on the side of the road while your digital billboard that receives 10x more views has graffiti all over it is not going to generate the same return on that invesment had you fixed the digital billboard first. With that said, yes it would be great to have some features added, and they will be, but it all goes back to your practices' goals. **Recommendations to others considering rater8:** If you're evaluating ORM platforms as an independent practice, and you wish to stay independent. Just give the trial a shot. **What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) perfect online reputation — this is different than building reviews 2) operational improvement — use the data, ask your account manager how other practices get the most out of theirs 3) rater8 = practice improvement, employee performance management, and practice growth ### 3.
