Raslak Hub is a Finnish, mobile-first business management system for small service and project companies in maintenance, construction, AV/IT and hospitality. It brings quotes, jobs, hours, projects and invoicing into one place, so the same job is never typed in three times. Included: quoting and invoicing with automatic payment reminders, CRM and sales pipeline, projects with reference codes, budgets and a job log, a mobile time clock with breaks, overtime and GPS, equipment and property service history, a client portal with messaging and 24/7 online booking, and real-time profitability per job. Rax, the AI assistant, is part of the product, not an add-on. Photograph a fault, a receipt or a document and Rax files it as a ticket, an expense or a material line. It also handles voice dictation, quote calculation and weekly reports. Hub is built and used every day inside the founder's own construction and services company. Free 14-day trial.
