Rashtra Bill (राष्ट्र बिल) is simple, modern GST billing software built for Indian shops, traders, service providers and small businesses. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install. Create GST-compliant tax invoices in seconds. Every invoice carries your GSTIN and your customer’s, place of supply with state code, and HSN/SAC and GST rate for each item, plus an HSN-wise tax summary and the amount in words in rupees. CGST + SGST or IGST is chosen automatically from the two states. Add your logo, signature, bank details and UPI QR code, choose from several modern print templates, and print Original, Duplicate or Triplicate copies. Besides invoices, you can create quotations and convert them to invoices in one click. You can also make delivery challans, credit and debit notes, purchase bills, and payment receipts and vouchers. Keep your customers, vendors, items and stock in one place, record payments, track expenses, and see who still owes you. Rashtra Bill also gives you reports that help you and your CA prepare GST returns: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries HSN summary and the CGST/SGST/IGST split sales and purchase registers receivables and payables ageing stock summary and profit summary Add your staff and your CA with role-based access (Admin, Manager, Accountant, Cashier, or view-only for your CA), and see who did what in the activity log.
