I recently encountered an issue reconnecting my WhatsApp number to Rasayel after removing it, and it was a bit stressful at first. Thankfully, I reached out to Rasayel’s customer service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The support rep, Alexandra, was incredibly clear, patient, and walked me through every step of the process without rushing or overcomplicating things. What do you dislike about Rasayel? Exporting the kind of data that I want, from a chatbot or a report for example. I also can't create a custom report if I wanted to.
